Joseph Ross, 34, has been charged with placing foreign objects in edibles after he was allegedly recorded squeezing Gorilla glue into a womans Coca Cola at their workplace on Wisconsin State Fair Park grounds.
A woman, named JH in a criminal complaint, first suspected her soda was being tainted when she noticed a strong chemical smell and taste and became ill after drinking it.
She had observed the same unsettling odor and flavor from her drinks over the course of two or three weeks, according to a criminal complaint obtained by Fox 6.
In order to get to the bottom of the bizarre situation, JH placed a spy camera underneath her computer screen to see if anyone was coming over to her desk and putting something in her drinks.
Upon checking the footage, the woman was horrified to learn her suspicions were correct.
The video reportedly showed Ross in possession of a small bottle/tube type dispenser, with a white nozzle. The dispenser appears to be brown/orange in color, the affidavit states.
Ross alleged drink-poisoning finally came to light on March 20, when JH stopped cops conducting foot patrol on the fair park grounds.

The motivations behind Ross actions are unclear at this time.
This is extremely alarming and definitely has elements of a lot of violence, Commissioner Andrea Bolender said during Ross virtual Milwaukee County court hearing on Wednesday.
Mastantuono categorized this case as unusual and highly uncommon.

This is a statute [placing foreign objects in edibles] that is not typically charged because theres not a lot of instances where police or the authorities catch somebody putting something in someones drink, he said.
In a statement to Fox 6, the Wisconsin State Fair Park wrote: The two individuals involved were employed by a vendor and were not State Fair Park employees, therefore, we cannot comment on employment status.
However, since this incident occurred while at State Fair Park, our police department responded, conducted a thorough investigation, and submitted the report to the District Attorney.
The parks police department has issued a No Trespass Order to Ross, who is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on April 3.
