The chaotic scenes unfolded when officers attempted to stop a grey Toyota Hilux ute inside the Star Casino car park on the Gold Coast on Wednesday night.
The officers heard loud revving, screeching and heavy acceleration coming from a vehicle inside the car park, according to a statement by Queensland Police.
Officers approached the ute and ordered the driver to stop the vehicle.
Footage showed the moment the ute driver being told to turn the car off by an officer as he walked up to the vehicle.
The driver stopped momentarily before the vehicle rammed into one of the officers and sped off, the Courier Mail reported.
The ute returned a short time later and struck the hand of the second officer before exiting the car park onto Casino Drive.

The officers were treated by paramedics for minor injuries and taken to Gold Coast University Hospital.
Police allege pedestrians were forced to jump out of harms way after the vehicle drove onto the wrong side of the road.
The ute was last seen driving towards Logan.
Investigations into the incident are ongoing as officers try to track down the vehicle and the suspected driver.
No arrests or charges have been laid at this stage.
