As the life of Sean Diddy Combs gets renewed scrutiny after an indictment accused him of sex trafficking and prostitution, wild theories have begun to swirl about the death of his long-time girlfriend Kim Porter.
Porters death caused shock when, as a seemingly healthy 47-year-old woman, she died from pneumonia on November 15, 2018, after suffering with flu-like symptoms in the days prior. Some doubt that ruling, including the eldest son of Donald Trump.
The model and actress was in an on-again, off-again relationship with Combs, 54, from around 1994 until they split in 2007. Together they had a son, Christian King Combs, now 26, and twin daughters DLila and Jessie, now 17.
Porter spoke rarely about her relationship with Combs, who she found out was expecting a child with a woman named Sarah Chapman at the same time she was having twins. She claimed to still be friends with the music mogul after they broke up.
However, wild theories about Porters time with Combs began to intensify in April after allegations by Donald Trump Jr. And they reached fever pitch after the release of a book days before Combs arrest containing what Porters friends say are her damning diary entries.

Don Jr, the eldest son of the GOP standard-bearer, went on the AKADEMIKS podcast in April and claimed Porter was afraid of Diddy. He said he does not believe she died from pneumonia.
His views on the topic came from his ex-wife Vanessa Trump, who he said was good friends with Porter.
He said that when Porter died, Vanessa called and told him, something is up with that.
[Porter] was really afraid of [Diddy] ... this goes back years, and she was having these conversations with my ex...
Not a lot of people die at 47 of pneumonia ... and Im not trying to fuel any kind of rumor but thats a conversation I had with someone who knew her well, Trump Jr. said.
DailyMail.com has not confirmed any of Trump Jrs claims, and Los Angeles officials ruled that Porter died from pneumonia due to a lung infection.
The short memoir, published on September 6, takes the accusations against Diddy a step further.
Kims Lost Words, the 60-page book published just days before Combs arrest, says Combs first hit Porter when she refused to use a strap-on on him.
The book also described him as a terrifying monster when he allegedly threatened her with a gun in her own apartment.
Much of the allegations contained in the book centered around hers and Diddys sex life, as it claims the two had an open relationship.

The book says he taped himself having sex with young boys he was managing and that he had underage girls attending the sex parties he threw.
The final entry of the memoir has Porter falling fatefully ill, dramatically texting her friends he got me, and then calling 911.
The books Los Angeles-based publisher, producer Chris Todd claims Porter shared a thumb drive of her writing with close friends which he obtained and lightly edited into a book under the pseudonym Jamal T Millwood.
Todd has not offered any documentary evidence to prove its authenticity – but put hard copies up for sale on Amazon.
The new focus on Porters death comes as prosecutors with the Southern District of New York accuse Combs of orchestrating elaborate, often dayslong sex performances called freak-offs, where he forced his victims to have sex with male prostitutes.
Combs, who has been denied bail, denies the allegations. His lawyers claim the freak-offs were consensual.
Prosecutors also allege the rapper assaulted his victims to obtain their compliance, including by kicking and hitting them and also dragging them by their hair.
After footage released by CNN in May showed Combs kicking and dragging his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura through the halls of a Los Angeles hotel, he admitted to what he did and apologized.

I hit rock bottom, but I make no excuses, he said of the bombshell video.
Aside from Porters alleged diary entries, there is no firm evidence the rapper was ever abusive to Porter.
In speaking to Rolling Stone in June, her father Jake Porter, 78, told the magazine he never saw Combs abuse his late daughter.
But when he saw the video of him beating Cassie, he said, it made me wonder.
You can say I was disgusted with the video, and I wouldnt treat my enemy like that, Jake Porter added. It was despicable.
Porter had been photographed with Combs and their kids in the months before her death.
The two even spent Mothers Day together in 2018 and had remained functioning co-parents to their three children.
Were committed to our children even if we couldnt commit to each other, Porter once said.
Porter did not give much insight into why her relationship with Combs ultimately faltered, though Combs did tell Essence in 2006 that he wasnt ready to marry her.
In ending this relationship, I made a decision that was in the best interest of myself, Sean and our family. I look forward to moving on with my life and my career and wish him prosperity, health and happiness in life and in love. We will remain friends and committed parents to our children, Porter said in a statement after the pair broke up for the final time.
