A clip of the moment has since gone viral online when a building resident posted her interaction with the woman and her husband.
In the clip, the couples neighbor claims she tried to clear the air after theyd accused her and her fiancé of running an illegal doggie daycare out of their home.
In an attempt to talk to the couple about the situation, the neighbor, an Asian woman, said she knocked on the backdoor of their house, which appeared to be what triggered the blowout argument where racist comments were hurled at her.
The incident, which quickly escalated, showed a woman - later dubbed the Karen - dressed in a pink short sleeve shirt and blue jeans. Her husband was seen dressed in a white t-shirt and navy blue shorts as her yelled back and forth with the neighbor.
Several clips captured different parts of the fallout after the neighbor posted home surveillance video and moments she recorded on her phone. It is unclear exactly where this occurred.

The video, which has amassed 6.8 million views since being posted on September 12, started with the Karen shouting at her neighbor.
I will have you arrested, she told the woman behind the camera as she pointed her finger at her.

The angry woman then shouted back: Yes!

Her husband then jumped into the heated confrontation and screamed: You knocked on our back door!
His wife then chimed back in and pointed toward her home and said: Thats a proper door idiot!
After a brief moment of silence, the woman asked her neighbor: Are you that dumb?
The young woman tried to respond, but the older neighbor cut her off and said: You are! before appearing to make fun of her, adding Youre dumb!
The lady recording chuckled while her irate neighbor continued on.

The woman dressed in pink then told her neighbor that she can call the cops if she wants to, while the young lady asked why knocking on the back door makes a difference.

In the caption, the content creator, known as skunarpz, claimed the man was arrested because a warrant has been out for his arrest.
In the days following the incident, the woman shared more videos, including a clip of another neighbor stepping in.
The neighbor, who was not seen, was heard asking the elderly white woman if she thought she liked the young neighbor because shes brown.
I said I wanted to make sure everybody was OK, I think I asked you, the second neighbor said.

Though she said she is not sure what happened, the Karen was heard telling the man: Get the f*** out of here, before slamming her door shut.
The neighbor who recorded the intense exchange said she has two of her own dogs and occasionally pet sits for her sister.
