Driver Feras only had to walk 75 steps from a Hungry Jacks restaurant in Brisbane to make his delivery to a hungry customer, earning $6.
Feras told Yahoo News that he was a little surprised when the booking came through.
He considered driving the short distance but opted to walk.
I looked at my car and thought, let me just walk it, he said.
I dont know how much the customer paid or how much Uber made... I think I got like $6.
To make the delivery, Feras simply had to cross a one-way street between the Hungry Jacks restaurant and the customers address.
Apart from the short distance, Feras said it was an easy delivery which consisted of enough food for only 1-2 people.

It was not heavy... in fact, the paper bag wasnt even overpacked, he said.

It remains unclear why the customer didnt go to the Hungry Jacks restaurant to pick up their order and save $6.
Having worked as a delivery driver in the UK as well as Australia, Feras has noticed a major difference between customers in the two countries.
He said customers in the UK dont pay delivery costs for short distance jobs, unlike do in Australia.
He revealed that 900m deliveries are common in Australia and that Brisbane has faster paced deliveries than London.
Feras said he simply had to cross a one-way road between the Hungry Jacks restaurant and the hungry homeowners place
He said the benefit over Brisbane to London is less traffic and he enjoys the customers here.
There are some impatient people sometimes, but overall positive.
Following his short 200m delivery, Feras jokingly talked himself up.
