A transgender paedophile who identified as female after he was ordered to sign the Sex Offender Register has been locked up in a mens prison for targeting young girls as young as nine on social media apps.

Thomas Quinn, 25, was arrested after he avoided strict rules about his name and movements by identifying as Chloee and using multiple female names on Snapchat and TikTok to communicate with teenagers and ask them for sex.
During the exchanges, Quinn who classes himself as a femboy bombshell messaged a girl of 13 saying: Can you date me? I love you. Are you a virgin?.
A second girl aged 15 was told: Yummy, good a proper 15 yo p..sy, whilst a third aged 13 got a message asking her to show her bra adding: I love you Babe.
In one exchange on the Session app, a girl who said she was nine years old was told by Quinn: So I could come around? before he tried unsuccessfully to get her address.

Officers tipped off Quinn was active on social media, raided his home in Chester and seized devices including a hard drive and also a collection of 558 pornographic images of children plus 81 videos

A fourth youngster who told Quinn he was a nonce got the message: It looked like you werent wearing underwear.
Officers who were tipped off Quinn was active on social media, raided his home in Chester and seized devices including an iPhone SJP, an Ace laptop and a Seagate detachable hard drive upon which were the sick chats but also a collection of 558 pornographic images of children plus 81 videos.
Of those 68 were the most serious A Category and 11 were described as extreme pornography.
Inquiries revealed Quinn called himself Chloe Foreman, Sophie GF and Chloe Twitch on his social media accounts but police were unaware of his alter egos as he was on the Sex Offender Register as Thomas Quinn. He currently identifies as Chloe-Mae Danvers.

On his X feed Quinns profile status reads: Just a small-town girl tryna make it big in this complicated world whilst on Facebook he said: Im a lesbian woman, that means I only like women and womanly features, not men or manhood. Any man who tries to flirt with me will literally get exposed.
In 2022, Quinn tried to raise £1,400 on GoFundMe for a private gender transition saying: Hi, my name is Chloee, and I have gender dysphoria. I was born male, but I desire to be a woman.
My only option is to go private with the Harley Street Gender Clinic in Marylebone.
My goal is to transition into a woman entirely, and these funds would go towards me getting to London and paying for the consultations.

At Chester Crown Court, Quinn was jailed for 40 months after he pleaded guilty to 21 offences
He was also said to have played for the Trans & Enby Football Club in Liverpool, a team dedicated to centering trans and non-binary folks.
Since his arrest he has been held at the privately-run Altcourse mens jail in Liverpool.
At Chester Crown Court, Quinn who sported a two toned hair do - beetroot red on right and turquoise blue on the left - was jailed for 40 months after he pleaded guilty to 21 offences.
These included making and distributing indecent images of children, attempting sexual communication with a child, breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), attempting to breach a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, and failing to comply with the requirements of the Sex Offenders register.
None of the girls he communicated with were traced.
Quinn was initially twice visited by police as part of the routine checks due to him being issued with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order in 2020 for having indecent images.
Initially an iPhone 7 containing two indecent images of children were found in a deleted folder and he later admitted flouting the SHPO by deleting his internet history.
But officers returned to the property on August 5 and found a red iPhone containing an signed in to the username Chloee Twitch.
On another social media app called Session it was logged in on the phone under the user name Sophie GF.

Andrew Sinker prosecuting said: The defendant under the terms of the Sex Offenders register is required to notify the police of his current name, including any aliases she uses.
But neither Chloee Twitch or Sophie GF were registered on any police systems.
On the Session app there is a chat with a user who identifies themselves as nine9 years old.
After being told this the defendant talks about coming to visit them. The defendant attempts to get the address of the nine year old, but it is not given out.
There is another chat log on the session app with a user called Mumrubs2dauCP.
The defendant receives a non indecent image of a child with the other user saying they are "rubbing her".
She is then sent a video categorised as indecent image Category A and on another chat on the session app with a user called Genny she is sent 2 Category B videos and she then shares the Category A video she has been sent with this user.
When the defendant was interviewed she went no comment to all questions.
In mitigation Quinns counsel Sarah Badrawy said her client had been diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum and added: The defendant has been warned and it is acknowledged on her behalf she is facing an immediate custodial sentence of some length.
But we are dealing with somewhat hypothetical situations - these are all attempts. It cannot be proved that they are real people.
They could always be decoys or vigilantes.
Miss Badrawy added: She has hopes for her future. She wants to do a creative writing course and does continue to be supported by her parents.
These are some proactive factors that upon her release will be of benefit to her.
Sentencing the judge Mr Recorder Eric Lamb said: I accept that mitigation that has been addressed to me that I should have regard to your mental and development difficulties in order to reduce your culpability.
However, I must have regard to the totality of your offending.
He added: I am required to consider whether there is significant risk of you causing serious harm.
I am satisfied that you present such a risk because of the number of multiple offences for which you fall to be sentenced and the highly relevant previous convictions.
Quinn will serve two thirds of his sentence before the parole board can consider if he safe to be released.
Following his release he will be on licence until 2028 under the terms of an extended sentence.
After the case Det Con Stephen Park referred to Quinn as Danvers and said: Danvers is a prolific sex offender and an incredibly dangerous individual, and I welcome the sentence handed to them today.
They were left with no choice but to plead guilty after a catalogue of evidence was gathered against them.
