A Wyoming teen girl was stabbed with a machete at a Halloween gathering after an old friend attacked her for kicking the car she was in.
Willow Dymond Wagner, 17, of Casper, was meeting up with four friends in the National Historic Trails Interpretive Center parking lot for a truck meet on Halloween when she was allegedly stabbed by Gabriella Bella Aultman, also 17.
The girls knew one another in middle school and Wagner used to consider her a friend before the pair drifted apart as they got older, she told Cowboy State Daily.
The alleged crime took place after the red Durango SUV Aultman was in nearly hit Wagner and her friends when it was backing up, Wagner told Cowboy State Daily.
The victim kicked the SUV to alert the driver, who was not Aultman, that there were people behind the vehicle. Thats when Aultman allegedly out of the SUV with a machete - which Wagner originally thought was fake - and stabbed her.
Im glad I thought it was fake at first, because if I thought it was real, I dont think I would have grabbed it and it would have went all the way through, she told Cowboy State Daily. I just kind of think of the positives, like, Im glad it wasnt worse.

The machete caused so much damage, Wagner had six inches of her bowel removed and had surgery - with another one coming - on her hand
Bella jumped out with the machete. I put my hands up immediately, she recalled.
The Natrona County School District student then pulled the knife out of her body without realizing an actual blade had pierced through her hand and into her abdomen.
She kind of like started yanking it, but my hand was still, like, stuck in the machete, she told the local outlet.
Moments before the near fatal stabbing, Wagner recalled people screaming at Aultman not to do it.
Everyones like: "Dont do it, Bella. Dont! Stop!" she told the outlet.
Wagner was in so much shock she hadnt even noticed she had been bleeding or that the knife had punctured her small bowel until someone asked if the other girl had stabbed her.
Then she realized that the blood on her white corset top was more than just the fake blood she had put there, but her own was soaking through, causing her to panic.
Everyone was just either leaving or just staring at me, she told Cowboy State Daily. So, I was like: "Somebody do something. Somebody wrap it, help me. I cant die."

Aultman - who admitted to police to drinking vodka and smoking marijuana prior to the attack - has been charged with a felony count of aggravated assault and battery. If convicted, she could face up to 10 years in prison and have to pay a $10,000 fine
I was just kind of like snapping everyone back into reality while bleeding out.
Thats when Raelee Blaylock, 15, jumped into action, whipping off her shirt and applying pressure to Wagners wound.
The Glenrock High School student had just arrived only five minutes earlier and was only 20 feet away when the stabbing allegedly happened.
I started praying right there with her as she was telling me: "Don’t let me die, I can’t die" repeatedly, Blaylock, whose parents are in the medical field, recalled to Cowboy State Daily.
Blaylock said people began dispersing quite quickly after people realized Wagner had been stabbed.
I really wasn’t paying much attention to that, I was just trying to keep her conscious.

Wagner was taken to the hospital, where she had undergone two surgeries - one that removed six inches of her bowel and one on her hand. Shes expected to get another surgery on her hand as well, according to Cowboy State Daily.
Medical staff also told Wagner she nearly died, making the youth happy she had no idea the weapon was real at first as it could have ended up being worse.
Wagner said the reality of it hasnt set in yet, in a Wednesday TikTok. [I dont know] if Ill be able to move my hand correctly again. Im terrified to go anywhere, especially alone. I cant trust anyone.
That night replays in my head every time I close my eyes. I just wanna sleep, but every night theres been a nightmare, she continued. I dont know how long its going to take me to be okay again.
I wouldnt wish it upon anyone.
Wagner has been released from the hospital, according to her Facebook.
