Judi James analysed Kate's video for MailOnline and said that Kate is clearly 'being surrounded by love from Prince William, her children and parents' in the moving scenes shared by the Royals today.
The Princess of Wales announced today that she has finished her course of chemotherapy following her health crisis earlier this year and said the experience reminded her and William to 'reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life.'
The princess' personal message to the nation was accompanied by a stunning three-minute long video showing her and William in Norfolk with their three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, shot last month.
'The body language in this video tells us all we need to know about Kate's recovery – and more. Since their engagement Kate and William have always been very careful and very sparing with their PDAs,' Ms James said.
'Suddenly though, we are shown the true depth of their adoration and love for each other in some simple but immensely touching scenes in this video.'

'When they sit in a line he has one hand on one of her legs and Charlotte has her arm on the other, as though they all want to protect and cherish Kate.'
She said that previously, Prince William had 'rationed the signals to some loving glances and the occasional touches' rather than hand-holding, hugging or kissing.
Ms James added that while the video shows how much William and their children love and cherish Kate, she is also 'displaying many signals of caring, maternal love herself'.

'There are moments of joy and romping play in this video to emphasise the fact that this is a family in a state of celebration not anxiety,' body language expert Ms James said.
'Playing with the children she also talks about a "new perspective" that suggests that reflection has prompted some important prioritising.
'Her folded arm pose with the raised chin suggests firm, brave resolve as well as positivity and optimism.'
Other scenes in the video show Kate standing alone, with her arms folded and her eyes closed, as she is leaning against a tree and turning her head towards the sun.
Ms James said this is 'a signal of quiet reflection that also seems to suggest a need for patience'.

Former royal butler Grant Harrold told GB News that Kate shared the personal video because 'she wants other people that are suffering with cancer to know that she is there to support them'.
He said: 'She's there to say that she can look them in the eyes and say "I've been there, I’ve done it, I'm getting through it".
'It's extraordinary for a member of the Royal Family to be able to do this. It just shows you the modern Royal Family. This makes you excited for the future of the Royal Family as well.'
