Astonishing video captured three college students as they chased down a porch pirate who swiped their Halloween costumes.
Avery Barnes, Hannah Taggart and Leora Stiglitz jumped in their car to track down the alleged thief after they saw the man grab packages from their Bridgeport, Connecticut home.
Doorbell camera footage shows the man wearing dark pants, a light sweatshirt and a black hat as he walked up to the students home and snatched the parcels from their porch.
The women immediately rush to their front door and yell at the thief to return their items.
I swear to god, if thats my Halloween costume, Im going to bug the f**k out, one of the women said.

The students ran back inside to grab their car keys, got in the vehicle, and chased the man down.
Video taken inside the car showed the group getting closer to the man as he rode a bike on the sidewalk.
Im calling the police, give me the f*****g package right now, one said.
The man dropped the stolen parcels on the ground, and one of the women dashed out of the car to pick them up.
F**k you, youre a scumbag, the women shouted at the man as he biked by their car. Are you serious? Get a life, get a job, grandpa.
The women said the packages contained their Halloween costumes, medication and TV cables.
In the moment it was like fight or flight and I was like, no package is going to be here if I reorder it, said Barnes told ABC 13.
I felt in the moment like I was invincible. I know now that it could have ended very badly.

Yeah, were like, if were doing this, were doing it together, added Stieglitz.
We made a police report, and he made sure to tell us, like, thats not safe, Taggart said.
Package thefts totaled 119 million in 2023, equivalent to one out of every 180 package deliveries, according to Capital One Shopping Research.
Over 31 percent of Americans had a package stolen in the last year, and data shows people who live in the suburbs have a 12.7 percent chance of parcel theft.
The Better Business Bureau recommends shipping packages to the store or a post office to prevent porch pirates from snatching them.
They also suggest installing a home security system and requiring a signature from the delivery company before they leave a package at the door.
