The rock star, 79, posted a photo of himself posing with five high-end Italian sports cars as he announced he may have to get rid of them.
Alongside the photo, he wrote: I am extremely fortunate and eternally grateful to be the owner of these five beautiful hybrid sports cars, which, in my opinion, are true "works of art".
Unfortunately, because of the potholes on our roads, I may have to find new owners for them.
I’ve been driving these iconic Italian cars since the seventies, and I absolutely love and adore them.

Sir Rod was also quick to nip any criticism of his broadside in the bud.

The singers complaint about potholes near his Essex home comes after he previously tackled the issue himself.
In 2022, he donned a high-vis jacket as he and some friends filled in the potholes after complaining they were damaging his Ferrari.

He added: My Ferrari cant get through here at all!
In one clip, the Maggie May singer had said: This is the state of the road near where I live in Harlow and it’s been like this for ages.
People are smashing their cars up. The other day, there was an ambulance with a burst tyre. My Ferrari can’t go through here at all!
He continued: So me and the boys thought we would come and do it ourselves. We are filling the holes while millions and millions of pounds have been spent on the M11.
The makeshift repair crew were given a telling off by Essex Council, who warned those making the repairs could be liable for future accidents.
The council later said it would re-lay the road to fix the issues with the surface.
A source had told The Sun: It seems his publicity has finally shamed the council into fixing the road.
Sir Rod is going to be absolutely chuffed. Good for him.
However, his latest post suggests he is once more unhappy with the condition of the roads.
And he isnt the only celebrity to have raised the issue of the UKs pothole-riddled roads.
Earlier this year Tony Blackburn criticised the state of roads in the country, telling fans that he had been forced to replace his cars tyres on a few occasions because of potholes.
The radio host, 81 -who is known for his work on BBC Radio -took to X, formerly known as Twitter, recently to express his frustrations.
He shared his thoughts with his followers on the platform alongside a gif of a car collapsing into a road.
The Im A Celebrity winner - who is understood to live in Arkley, in the London Borough of Barnet - questioned in the tweet if anyone is going to do something about the dreadful state of roads. He said the situation was quite ridiculous.
He asked his followers: Does anyone know when someone in authority is going to do something about the dreadful state of our roads.
Blackburn, who is said to drive a Tesla Model 3, had added: Thanks to potholes Im now on my third tyre, its all quite ridiculous how much longer are we going to have to wait before someone somewhere takes any notice.
