Property tycoon is slammed by his own brother for refusing to tell cops where missing realtor wife is

The wealthy Texas man arrested in connection to his wifes disappearance has been rebuked by his own brother as police continue to search for the missing woman.

The wealthy Texas man arrested in connection to his wifes disappearance has been rebuked by his own brother as police continue to search for the missing woman.

Brad Chandler Simpson, 53, was arrested in Kendall County on October 9, just three days after his wife, Suzanne Clark Simpson, 51, went missing.

Police have been searching for her remains at a landfill in San Antonio where they believe there is a good chance of finding her.

Brads brother, Barton Tinsley Simpson, has publicly condemned him for refusing to work with investigators.

Until Brad chooses to cooperate, we will continue cooperate for him, as we have from the very beginning of this heartbreaking ordeal, he said on Facebook.

This is not how he was raised, and this is not who we are. Our parents instilled in us the values of honoring and protecting others, and they are truly remarkable people.

Brads refusal to cooperate is unacceptable. My sister and brother-in-law have stepped up to take care of the children, but the impact on our parents has been shattering. Our lives have been irreparably changed. We will not rest until we find Suzanne.

However, authorities have yet to find any trace of the mother-of-four who vanished screaming from her $1.4 million mansion in the citys ritzy Olmos Park area at 11pm on October 6.

As of 4 p.m. CT on Wednesday, crews wrapped up their search for the day with plans to return on Thursday with 25 cadets, reported My San Antonio

The couples neighbor said they heard screams coming from a nearby wooded area shortly after watching them - in the midst of a heated argument - walk toward the bushes.

In the affidavit for Brads arrest warrant seen by DailyMail.com, it was revealed that he called his brother, Barton, after Suzanne vanished and apologized for all the problems he had caused.

The affidavit also revealed the couples youngest child told staff at school that her mom and dad were fighting.

She told staff that her dad had hit her mom in the face and possibly pushed her into a wall... that her mom had a bruise on her elbow and that her dad had taken her moms cell phone away.

The missing mother-of-fours own mom, Barbara Clark, revealed this week the haunting phone call she had with Suzanne just an hour before she was last seen.

Speaking at a vigil set up to honor Suzanne at Lourdes Grotto, Clark said: She called me up and told me things Brad had done to her physically.

Clark said Suzanne confided in her that about 9pm that night, October 6, Simpson had injured her arm and her back.

A haunting photograph of Suzanne earlier on the day she vanished has been released, showing her walking through The Argyle in Alamo Heights.

Her husband initially cooperated with police after reporting his wife missing, but has since been arrested and charged with assault causing bodily injury and family violence.
