A 33-year-old man was arrested in Wakefield and a 55-year-old woman was detained in Leeds in connection with damage caused to the greens and club houses.
The duo are both due to appear at Ayr Sheriff court on Monday April 7.

Expletive-laden insults were also visible sprayed across tarmac at the luxury venue.
It comes after Kieran Robson, 33, appeared in Ayr Sheriff Court on Monday charged with maliciously damaging Mr Trumps Turnberry golf course in South Ayrshire.
Robson, of Galashiels in the Scottish Borders, made no plea during the brief hearing and was committed for further examination and released on bail pending a further court appearance.

A 75-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman previously arrested as part of the investigation have since been released pending further inquiries.
The fancy links rated one of the top five courses in the world, and are the setting for a five-star hotel and spa. It is set to become the most expensive in the UK with plans to introduce a £1,000 green fee for peak times next June.
The golf course was targeted by Palestine Action after President Trump sparked fury by promoting a bizarre vision for what his Riviera of the Middle East - where he laid out his plans to take over the Gaza Strip.
President Donald Trump outlined an extraordinary new plan for the Middle East on Tuesday, with the United States taking over the war-torn Gaza strip while its Palestinian population is moved to neighboring countries.
It was the latest evolution in his plan for rebuilding a territory devastated by Israeli bombardment.
The US will take over the Gaza Strip, and we will do a job with it too, he said at a press conference alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on February 4 of this year.

Well own it and be responsible for dismantling all of the dangerous unexploded bombs and other weapons on the site ... level the site and get rid of the destroyed buildings.
Trump, a property developer known for seeing the world in terms of deals, has long talked up Gazas coastal location and pleasant climate as a perfect holiday vacation.
In his vision, U.S. reconstruction would create thousands of jobs and spare Palestinians the pain and expense of rebuilding once again.
When a reporter asked if that might involve military force, Trump answered: If its necessary.
Several weeks later on February 26, the president reposted an AI-generated video on Truth Social on showing Gaza rebuilt as a gaudy tourist resort.
The 35-second video began with the question: Gaza 2025: Whats Next? It is unclear who created the video.
The clip shows a Gaza full of luxury yachts and Dubai-style beach-front resort complexes, complete with a Trump hotel and a giant solid gold statute of the President.
The proposal was met with global criticism by both lawmakers and analysts who fear the plan would forcibly displace Gazas population of two million, while US critics wondered if the Presidents vision would plunge the nation into the potentially bloody role of occupying power.

Speaking on social media, Palestine Action said: Whilst Trump attempts to treat Gaza as his property, he should know his own property is within reach.
A spokesperson added: Palestine Action rejects Donald Trump’s treatment of Gaza as though it were his property to dispose of as he likes.
To make that clear, we have shown him that his own property is not safe from acts of resistance. We will continue to take action against US-Israeli colonialism in the Palestinian homeland.
The US President is well-known as a golfing fanatic.
Trump played golf an incredible 240 times in his first term and visited his golf clubs a total of 308 times, Golf News Net reported.
And according to analysis by the HuffPost, Trump had already spent $18million of US taxpayers cash on golfing sessions during the first six weeks of his second term in office.
The President has also frequently been accused of cheating at his favourite game,
Back in 2018 LPGA Tour golfer Suzann Pettersen told a Norwegian newspaper that her longtime friend Donald Trump cheats like hell when the two play together – embellishing his scores, skipping short putts, replacing his ball and influencing his caddie to move errant shots from the forest to the fairway.

President Trumps gold game has been denounced by film star Samuel L. Jackson, who accused him of cheating when the pair played a round together
And this year film star Samuel L. Jackson accused him of cheating when the pair played a round together.
Asked who the better golfer was, the Pulp Fiction actor said: Oh, I am, for sure. I dont cheat.
Taking to social media to reply to Jackson, Trump responded by saying he had never played with him on a course.
Jacksons opinion is one echoed by fellow actor Anthony Anderson, as he accused Trump of cheating back in 2016.
During an appearance on the Late Night With Seth Meyers that year, Anderson said: Trump is a great golfer. Im not going to say Trump cheats. His caddy cheats for him.
Asked on whether he saw Trump cheat with his own eyes, Anderson replied: Oh yes, several times. Several times.
He added: I mis-hit a ball - it hooked a little left about 20 yards. Trump hit the exact same shot but went 20 yards further left than mine.
I could not find my ball in this trash. Trumps ball had the fluffiest lie in the middle of the fairway.
Like I say, I didnt see Trump cheat because he was on the tee-box with me, but his ball was right there in the middle of the fairway.
They follow claims made by sports journalist Rick Reilly, who claimed in 2019 that Trump made second attempts at a shot for no good reason and took credit for other players shots.
In a statement, Police Scotland said: A 55-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man have been arrested and charged in connection with damage to a golf course at a premises on Maidens Road, Turnberry.
They were arrested on Friday, 4 April, 2025. The woman was arrested in Leeds and the man was arrested in Wakefield.

They are both due to appear at Ayr Sheriff court on Monday 7th April 2025.
