The 23-year-old, who graced the front cover of the Playboy Denmark in June, said the decision to do so is based on many factors, including the hectic work lives she and her partner deal with.
Everyone has their life, tasks, work – but you also need a little break, and [theres] nothing better than sex to relieve stress, Hanniely recently told Need To Know.
With the hustle and bustle of daily life, we dont have time for surprises, she said. So I schedule everything properly: the exact day and time – even how long itll last.

While some couple may balk at the idea of scheduling sex to keep the relationship going strong, Hanniely admits doing so allows for intimate moments they may have otherwise not experienced.
It also enhances the connection. Having a set time helps keep the spark alive without the pressures or unrealistic expectations. It creates anticipation, which makes things more exciting, she said.
Hanniely meets her boyfriend for sex three times a week – two morning sessions and one evening session.
We know we have that time set aside just for us, and it makes us appreciate it even more, she said. Theres nothing monotonous about it – the wait makes everything more intense. Knowing its going to happen, that its on the calendar, makes your heart race.

Doing so led to the end of the relationship.
Ive tried this before, but some guys cant handle it. They think were like a delivery service: call, and we show up, she said.
But life is busy, so you have to schedule (and) plan. (My former boyfriend) would always fail to perform whenever we scheduled a meeting.
He got so anxious, that when the moment came, nothing happened, she added. At first, I found it funny, but later it became complicated. He broke up with me because he couldnt take the pressure.
