Pastor borrows parishioners phone during church service to send himself nude photos of the mans wife

A 41-year-old Wisconsin pastor has been accused of sending himself nude photos of a parishioners wife.

A 41-year-old Wisconsin pastor has been accused of sending himself nude photos of a parishioners wife.

The sordid ordeal allegedly took place earlier this month when pastor Gabriel Mills, pastor Journey Church, held a life group meeting at his home in Kenosha, that had the victim, her husband and children in attendance, along with other members of the congregation.

When Mills asked the victims husband for his phone so he could download an audiobook app on it, he obliged unaware that Mills was allegedly sending intimate photos - that were sent by his wife to him and were for his eyes only - to himself.

The pastor got caught in the creepy act after the victim noticed the pastor had her husbands phone in possession and was trying to conceal the screen, authorities said. The victim was horrified when she saw her nude images up on the screen.

Mills, a married father of five, was arrested on September 23 and charged with two counts of capturing an intimate representation without consent. After his first court appearance, he bonded out for $7,500, TMJ4 News reported.

The victim discovered the pastors allegedly vile behavior after she went to go get her children who were in another area of his home.

She engaged the pastor in conversation to confirm what she was seeing was right. When Mills caught on that she was onto him, he turned white as a ghost, as per the complaint.

Mills tried to convince the victim that the woman on the screen was his wife and not her.

The victim left Mills home with her family and when she asked her husband if the pastor had taken his phone during the church meeting, he told he had and also revealed that he had the phone for a really long time, the complaint stated.

When the victims husband texted Mills to ask him if what his wife was seeing was true and if he was looking through his phone for sultry photos of his wife, Mills denied it.

He also sent the victims husband a photo of him and his wife and claimed that was the photo the victim saw.

When the police got involved they executed a search warrant of Mills cell phone and that is when they say they discovered the two images of the victim.

The victims husband claimed that Mills had to go through more than a thousand images to find the ones he downloaded in secrecy.

When the news first broke, the Journey Church provided a statement to church members and the Christian Life School Family about what had taken place and Mills termination.

They wrote, in part, this news has come as a great shock to our church and school community. Our community, Journey Church and Christian Life School is founded on the biblical principles of trust, integrity, and respect for all individuals.

These values bind us together and guide our actions. We hold our leaders to the highest standards of moral conduct, and any violation of these values is deeply troubling. We terminated Gabe’s employment upon learning of the allegations that led to his arrest.
