NCIS and Six Feet Under star Gabriel Olds is accused of raping another three women as victim reveals brutal way he woke her up when she passed out

Three more women have come forward alleging they were raped by Hollywood  actor Gabriel Olds.

Olds, 52, was charged with five additional counts of sexual assault by Los Angeles County prosecutors on Monday which now brings the total number of charges against him to 12 involving six victims.

The three women came forward after they read media coverage of his earlier arrest in July when several women came forward with horrific stories of consensual dates turned violent.

The alleged crimes were said to have happened from 2013 all the way up until 2023. 

A graduate of Yale University, the women accused Olds, best known for playing a young Pat Robertson in the Oscar-winning film The Eyes of Tammy Faye, of using his Ivy League status combined with the cachet of being a Hollywood actor to get them into a vulnerable position after enticing them on dating apps.

Each victim reported that Olds lured them into a false sense of security during their initial encounters, then turned sexually violent without seeking their consent, the Los Angeles Police Department said in a statement.  

The charges include rape, rape of an unconscious person, sodomy, assault with intent to commit rape and injury to a girlfriend or significant other. 

The latest allegations concern assaults that occurred between 2021 and 2023 but prosecutors say they are looking at allegations that stretch back to when he was a  student at Yale.

Olds has been in custody in lieu of $3.5-million bail since he was arrested on August 4.

The latest charges allege how Olds sodomized a woman in September 2021 then raped another woman in May 2022. A third woman was allegedly sexually assaulted  in May 2023.

The three new victims got in touch with police after reading earlier media coverage about Olds alleged assaults. All three had been dating the actor at the time. 

Olds has been in custody in lieu of $3.5-million bail since he was arrested on August 4 and is next scheduled to appear in court on September 25

Prosecutors alleged the assaults occurred at Olds home, another at one of the victims houses, and a Los Angeles hotel. 

LAPD Detective Brent Hopkins told the LA Times that none of the women knew one another but that some had worked in the entertainment industry.

The investigation into the actor started in January 2023 after a 41-year-old woman reported being raped at her Los Angeles home.

Detectives then heard of two other cases from women who had made similar allegations dating back to 2013. 

In all three cases the women alleged how dates with Olds had descended into violent sexual assaults.

One of the women obtained a restraining order against detailing her encounter with the actor.

She alleged how Olds filmed and photographed a nonconsensual sexual encounter with her in January  2023.

Two weeks later she alleged how Olds choked her during sex and she asked him to stop.

I blacked out. I think he slapped me to wake up, she detailed in court filings.

When she woke up she found Olds was putting on a condom trying to open my legs.

She alleged how the assault only ended after she vomited on him.

Detective Hopkins said the alleged assaults were very similar to the ones made by last years victim.

We heard the same story again and again. Mr. Olds started off charming, but then used brutal violence, Hopkins said.

Some of these survivors suffered in silence for years before finding the strength to speak up, he added. Now that hes off the streets, we want to make sure everyone has a chance to be heard.

There was a time there wasnt as much understanding about sex assault... Post #MeToo, there is much more awareness, especially with the Danny Masterson and Harvey Weinstein case, Hopkins said. People are more aware of what is OK and whats not and are more willing to speak up.  

Hopkins fears that due to the fact there is a gap between the two assaults from 2013 and one from 2023 that there may be more victims.  

Olds is scheduled to appear in court on September 25. If convicted he could be jailed for decades in state prison.

Mr. Olds has pleaded not guilty to all of the allegations. He is adamant that at all times any sexual contact he had with the complaining witnesses was consensual. A fact that the defense intends to establish in a court of law, Olds attorney, Leonard Levine, wrote in a statement. 

Olds has 74 acting credits across numerous movies and TV shows dating back to the late 1980s.

He made appearances in episodes of NCIS, Six Feet Under, Party of Five and The Mentalist.
