Muslim wifes shocking plot against secret lover after husband discovered her affair

A Muslim wife and her husband allegedly attempted to murder her former lover in a Chick-fil-A parking lot after her spouse uncovered the affair. 

Hanna Alolaimi, 35, and her husband Omar Bishtawi, 48, face charges of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault after allegedly trying to kill her unidentified ex-boyfriend on Saturday night.

The couple lured her ex-lover, who is a DoorDash driver, to a Chick-fil-A parking in Houston, Texas, where they ambushed him, held a gun to his head, and shot him twice in the leg and foot, according to KHOU. 

The ambush allegedly started when her lover got into the car - completely unaware that Bishtawi was hiding under a sheet in the backseat.

After an argument, Bishtawi appeared and put him in a chokehold while holding the gun to his head, the outlet reported. He was shot while he was trying to escape their vehicle. 

The husband told the victim that he had to die because he dishonored his wife, according to KHOU. 

The Chick-fil-A where he was shot was in front of the Target parking lot where he and Alolaimi used to have sex, according to reports. 

After the near-fatal shooting, Alolaimi and Bishtawi fled the scene, but later called police to surrender themselves, according to KHOU. 

After speaking with police, the couple allegedly gave different stories. 

They are currently being held on bonds, with Bishtawis being at $200,000 and his wifes at $150,000.  

The victim said he and Alolaimi broke off their affair three months ago because it turned toxic. The pair initially met in the apartment complex where he used to live.

He was shot in the thigh and foot. After the near-fatal shooting, Alolaimi and Bishtawi fled the scene, but later called police to surrender themselves

She then wouldnt leave him alone and would show up at his new residence, he told the outlet.

She and Bishtawi eventually devise a plan to kill the victim, who is said to have nearly bled out from his gunshot wounds. 

The victim told KHOU that he still worries the pair might get out of jail and fears for his safety.
