Social media began to spread rumor that the billionaire - who backed Nikki Haley in the GOP Primary - had endorsed the former president, with Trump even sharing the supposed news on Truth Social.

He re-posted, without any comment or accreditation, an X post saying Dimon endorsed him.

After several other media personalities shared the news, Dimon broke his silence through a spokeswoman reaffirming his refusal to endorse Trump or Harris this cycle, pointing to statements hed made last month.

Im not endorsing anyone at this time. I spend more of my time on policy. Whats the policy we need that can really help both the world, foreign policy, and domestically?

In an unusual move, the Wall Street bank CEO who generally leans Democratic, called in a Washington Post column for the next president to restore our faith in America and for the next administration to draw from both political parties.

Dimon outlined his vision of how the next POTUS can bring the nation together after a polarizing election and restore faith in America.

Deeply divided, our nation now faces both challenging domestic issues and perhaps the most complicated geopolitical situation since World War II, Dimon, 68, wrote.

We may be at an inflection point that will determine the fate of the free and democratic world for decades.

Dimon suggested the next president should bring in political opponents to work in his administration, as well as figures from the private sector.

The CEO also implored the presidential candidates to refrain from attacking those who have a different political ideology.

He wrote: Do not insult, stereotype, weaponize, scapegoat or gaslight.

And do not attack them. Engage them. This takes bravery.

Dimon was impressed with Haleys economic grasp and recognition of the intersectionality of business and government.

The former UN Ambassador said on several occasions that America needs an accountant in the White House amid a series of economic and financial disasters in the U.S. – including record-high inflation and a recession.

Dimon has stayed out of endorsing, unlike billionaires such as Elon Musk and Bill Ackman, who have endorsed Trump.

Shark Tank personality and billionaire Mark Cuban has put his backing behind Harris.
