Inside Diddys freak off sex orgies: Rapper is denied bail as he is accused of running sordid criminal enterprise - as his lawyer says allegations have left Combs in treatment and therapy

Hip-hop mogul Sean Diddy Combs was arrested on Monday is a sex-trafficking case accusing him of forcing women into freak off orgies and presiding over a sordid criminal empire of sexual crimes.

Hip-hop mogul Sean Diddy Combs was arrested on Monday is a sex-trafficking case accusing him of forcing women into freak off orgies and presiding over a sordid criminal empire of sexual crimes.

The disgraced musician, 54, was sensationally arrested at Park Hyatt Hotel in New York City and has since been charged with sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution - all of which pleaded not guilty to in a Manhattan court on Tuesday.

The charges are tied to freak offs - coerced sex acts that Combs allegedly orchestrated and recorded, according to a federal indictment.

In a desperate attempt to remain free, he begged for bail, proposing his own home and his mothers as part of a $50million surety.

But Combs request was denied and he will remain in custody as it was revealed he could face more than two decades behind bars if found guilty of the charges.

Amid the multiple sexual abuse allegations, Combs is now in treatment and in therapy according to his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo.

Disturbing details of the rappers marathon sex parties were exposed in the three-count indictment, including that Combs would fly sex workers from around the world for what would often become drug-fueled days-long orgies.

He allegedly arranged and directed the sex parties, while masturbating throughout the performance and supplying women drugs such as ecstacy, ketamine, and BHB to keep them energized, federal prosecutors said.

The document added: After freak offs, Combs and the victims typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use.

Prosecutors said that the music moguls employees covertly booked hotel rooms for the freak offs, while stocking them with baby oil, lubricant, and extra bed sheets.

Authorities allegedly discovered over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant in his homes while searching them earlier this year.

Agents also uncovered three AR-15 rifles with defaced serial numbers in his Miami bedroom closet, but the weapons has been broken down into parts, along with magazines with ammunition loaded in them.

It comes after Combs was involved in the gunpoint kidnapping of someone in 2011.

Combs was accused of paying male sex workers who were called in for the freak offs but not the women for their performances.

Instead he allegedly beat them and threatened them with financial ruin if they refused to participate in his sordid parties, according to prosecutors.

Prosecutors say that in 2012, Combs had to pay over $46,000 to cover damages to a penthouse room following a freak off at a Manhattan Hotel.

A source claimed the hotel charged the star extra for the damage, adding It was like they had a party. The couch had oil stains.

Auhtorities said the singer arranged freak offs with the assistance of members and associates of the Enterprise, including employees of his business, and the hotel rooms where they were staged often sustained significant damages.

The indictment describes Combs as the head of a criminal enterprise engaged in or attempting to engage in activities including sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, drug offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.

The three-time Grammy award winning musician lured women into his disturbing world under the false impressions he would form a romantic relationship with them and then made them reliant on him by paying their rent or buying them cars, according to the indictment.

Diddy is also accused of beating Cassie Ventura, the ex who he was filmed savagely beating in a hotel hallway.

Many of the depraved allegations against Combs fist came to light almost a year ago when Ventura sued him for rape, physical abuse, and mental abuse.

Ventura alleged that he coerced her into sex acts with multiple male prostitutes and she also said she herself was tasked with finding the prostitutes online.

Combs would then watch the encounters, film them, and masturbate, according to the suit.

The freak offs were detailed in the ex-girlfriends November lawsuit which delved into the decade-long nightmare she allegedly endured in the relationship.

Ventura - an R&B singer who was once signed to Combs label Bad Boy Records - said the first freak off took place just months after they began dating, when she was around 22-years-old and he was 40.

After a freak off in an LA hotel in March 2016, the suit said, Combs punched Ventura and threw a glass vase at her.

The suit revealed that Combs paid the hotel $50,000 to obtain security footage of the event and he and Ventura settled the suit in just a day.

We have decided to resolve this matter amicably, Combs said at the time. I wish Cassie and her family all the best.

Sources told Deadline at the time that Combs paid Ventura around $30 million.

However, during Tuesdays hearing, Agnifilo said in court that the sexual acts alleged in the latest indictment involved consenting adults.

Is it sex trafficking? No, not if everybody wants to be there, Agnifilo said.

We are not better off if the federal government comes into our bedroom and thats what is happening here.

He argued that his client in no way should be mentioned in the same sentence as some of the nations most notorious sex criminals, after Diddy was compared to Ghislaine Maxwell.

Agnifilo said Combs is not disgraced singer R. Kelly, sex cult leader Keith Raniere or accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.

This is different, he told the court. These were consenting adults.

According to the horror indictment, Combs took violent measures to keep his freak offs out of the public eye.

He would hit, kick, and drag women by their hair during the sex parties, and left some so injured that he would have to keep them in hiding for days while they recovered, prosecutors shared.

Combs would often tape the freak offs to use as leverage to silence the women, and was known to choke, shove and throw people to the ground, prosecutors added.

The sensitive, embarrassing and incriminating recordings that he made during Freak Offs as collateral to ensure the continued obedience and silence of the victims, the indictment said.

He also exerted control over victims by promising career opportunities, providing and threatening to withhold financial support, dictating how they looked, monitoring their health records and controlling where they lived, according to the indictment.

As well as facing time in a federal prison, self-proclaimed billionaire Combs could be looking at a serious financial hit.

The government intends to seize any and all property, real and personal and unspecified sum of money from the alleged crimes, the indictment states.

According to the indictment, the racketeering charges cover crimes that go back as far as 2008 and the claims of sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution start with acts committed first in 2009.

A year ago, Sean Combs stood in Times Square and was handed a key to New York City. Today, he´s been indicted and will face justice, Manhattan-based US Attorney Damian Williams said at a news conference Tuesday.

Combs returned the key in June after Mayor Eric Adams requested it back.
