A woman mauled by two large dogs in a terrifying attack in broad daylight has recalled how she feared for her life during the harrowing ordeal.

Helen Mato was at John Moloney Park in Marangaroo, in Perths north, on Tuesday morning, when the off-leash dogs approached her.

Ms Mato feared for her life as she struggled to get away from the brute strength of the dogs.

Its understood shes one of at least two women who have been attacked by the dogs at the park.

One came down to my leg and one grabbed my groin. I fell and I was yelling out for help, screaming and this car just went straight past me, Ms Mato told 7 News

The motorist behind the wheel was an Uber driver, who immediately pulled over when they realised what was happening.

The driver rushed to Ms Matos aid and helped the mother get inside the car, but the dogs continued to give chase.

They were attacking the Uber drivers car, but I dont know where they went after that, Ms Mato said.

Nearby residents at home at the time heard the harrowing sounds of someone screaming and yelling while the dogs barked.

It just sounded really bad, Jennie recalled.

The latest incident comes after a woman in her 20s was rushed to the Joondalup Health Campus following a separate attack at the same park.

The woman received several bites and is currently in a stable condition.

The dogs are on the loose, sparking community fears that they may attack again..
