Thousands of glammed up racegoers flooded the iconic Royal Randwick racecourse in Sydneys eastern suburbs on Saturday after the gates opened at 10.30am.
On the turf, the spectacular action was headlined by the $1million 7+ Sport Stakes, and off the turf, the fashion stakes were also raised with women and men alike dressed to the nines.
A fresh new destination at Royal Randwick was also unveiled with the Peacock Lounge in the Winx Stand elevating the raceday experience with a fun party atmosphere.
The eight-week 2024 Sydney Everest Carnival will feature both the $20million TAB Everest at Royal Randwick and the $10million Golden Eagle at Rosehill Gardens.
