Fat Shack will begin the qualifiers for its brand new Fat Shack 5K Race Challenge at participating US locations on November 9.
The winners will move on to next years main challenge, where its first, second, and third place finishers will walk away with $3,000, $1,500, or $500.

Fat Shack customers looking to participate must eat these menu items: One Double Cheeseburger with a side of Fries, two Whole Fat Shack sandwiches, 12 Mac N Cheese Bites, and five Deep-Fried Oreos.

The Fat Shack 5K Race Challenges will take place at more than 20 Fat Shack locations.
Several locations have begun promoting the event online, one being the Manhattan Fat Shack.
Each qualifier will feature up to 10 contestants required to pay a $50 entry fee each.
Customers outside of Colorado must also purchase Fat Shack food before participating.
Once the quickest eater finishes munching down on the food, they must keep it down for at least five minutes before Fat Shack declares theyre the winner.
The Fat Shack 5K Race Challenge champions will be awarded a $50 Fat Shack gift card and an invitation to compete at the Fat Shacks 5K Main Event in Colorado on January 25.
The second-place qualifier challenge finisher will be awarded a $25 Fat Shack gift card.
Customers who arent up for racing can still attempt to eat the required food list in 15 minutes or less for the Fat Shack 5K Challenge.
The solo challenge will be available daily at participating locations starting on November 10.
As of now, the restaurant chain has not announced the official rules of its solo Fat Shack 5k Challenge.

Fat Shack founder Tom Armenti began operating his own late-night restaurant in 2010 inside a bagel shop 6:00 pm to 4:00 am.
The business began to grow after over a year, leading Armenti to build the first Fat Shack restaurant in Fort Collins in August 2011.
Business boomed in the Colorado city and Armenti packed his bags and moved to the Centennial State.
There are currently 29 Fat Shack restaurants nationwide, with 10 of them located in Colorado.
