As the young girl recovers in Harborview Medical Center, she remembered the frightening details of those early morning hours - including her older brother touching the bodies of her family members to make sure they were dead.
She and her 7-year-old sister woke up to the sound of gun shots and made their way to the door of their shared bedroom.
When the 11-year-old girl looked outside of the door and into the hallway, she saw her father lying with blood on his head alongside her brother who had blood in his mouth.
As her 7-year-old sister, Katheryn, left the bedroom and entered the hallway, she remembered hearing another gunshot which led her younger sister to fall to the ground.
Her older brother proceeded to make his way into her bedroom before shooting her once or twice, where she then recalled immediately feeling pain to her neck and hand.
In a disturbing detail, she then remembered her brother leaning over the three family members he gunned down in the hallway before touching their bloodied bodies to make sure they were actually dead.
The only surviving sibling, an 11-year-old girl, said that her older brother has been getting in a lot of trouble lately for getting failing grades in school

At 4.55am, the suspect called 911 while locked in a bathroom in the house
Her older brother then re-entered her bedroom, where she closed her eyes and held her breath and pretended to play dead as he stood next to her bed.
Once her brother left her room and she could hear him upstairs on the phone, she used a window to escape before running to her neighbors house and incessantly ringing the doorbell to anxiously wait for an answer - fearing her brother would come to find her.
The surviving daughter, who was bleeding from her neck and hand, told the neighbors that her family was dead at the hands of her own brother - to which they then phoned police.
But shortly before the neighbors 911 call, authorities received another call at 4.55am from the suspect claiming that his 13-year-old brother had killed his family.
DailyMail.com can also reveal that the 4.55am 911 call that led to the grim discovery was placed by the teen from a bathroom in the house.
He just shot my whole family, the suspect said while sounding out of breath. And committed suicide too, Fox News reported.

A police report obtained by DailyMail.com shows the teenager attempted to blame the murders on his 13-year-old brother Benjamin, claiming the younger sibling shot the family members and killed himself after being caught watching porn the previous evening.
According to detectives, the 15-year-old also attempted to stage the crime scene to lend credence to his story that it had been a murder-suicide perpetrated by Benjamin.
The report notes that a black Glock pistol had been placed in the child’s hand but forensic investigators spotted that the weapon hadn’t been fired and that blood splatter from a fatal wound to the boy’s face was in the wrong place.
The 11-year-old girl told police that the gun used to commit the monstrous killings was her fathers silver Glock handgun, which he kept in a small lockbox by the front door, Fox News reported.
She also noted that out of all of her siblings, her oldest brother was the only one who knew the combination to access the firearm.

The family, who were initially reported to have been found in their beds, were found scattered throughout the house with Mark on the floor at the bottom of the stairs and Sarah ‘folded over’ over in her ensuite bathroom.
Mark suffered four gunshot wounds while Sarah was discovered with two bullet wounds to the head.
The 15-year-old boy was arrested at the scene and is being held in Seattle in a youth facility, The New York Times reported. He has no prior criminal history.
He is now facing five first-degree murder charges and one count of attempted murder of his 11-year-old sister but may be eligible for release after 25 years.
But there is also a chance that the judge could move his case to adult court where he could face a life sentence without the presumption of release.
Although a motive for the killings have not been identified, the surviving daughter said that her brother had recently been getting in a lot of trouble for failing tests at school, Fox News reported.

The judge ruled in favor of the preservation of the teenage suspects identity, including prohibiting filming of the teen from the neck up as well as forbidding the publication of his name or photographs of his face
The no-contact order that was placed between the 15-year-old suspect and his 11-year-old sole surviving sister is still in effect.
The 11-year-old girl is now in the care of her maternal grandmother who was also named as the trustee of the lakeside house, Fox News reported.
Initially, the grandmother was advised that the longer she waited to have the house cleaned, the more damage the house would sustain.
But a judge ruled that all items in the house shall be preserved, and the premises shall be sealed, locked and guarded by a King County Sheriff until further order of the Court, Fox News reported.

Given the media interest in this case and the seriousness of these charges, we want the court to know that multiple people in the community have reached out to us who know our client, and they have attested to his good character, Amy Parker, the suspects attorney, said at Fridays hearing.

Neighbors had described the quintet as the perfect family with soccer coach Rhea Robertson, who had mentored one of the victims, telling KOMO News at a vigil held on Tuesday night that the couple had been dedicated parents.
She added: Dad worked so hard, and mom was the most dedicated, loyal mother you could ask for.
You thought they were perfect. From the outside, they looked perfect to me.
But some say that the couple were extremely religious - imposing a highly-controlled existence on their five kids which included dictating who they could be friends with and homeschooling them.
Family insiders told the DailyMail.com that their idyllic existence had a dark side, with the ultra-religious parents also imposing a strict schedule on their five children and having extremely high expectations of them.
This is the only time a case involving a suspect as young as 15-years-old has ever been referred to by King County prosecutors, Fox News reported.
