One candidate in the close Nebraska Senate race has found himself at the center of numerous controversies weeks before Election Day.

Former Democrat-turned-Independent Dan Osborn, 49, is denying allegations that he was exposed for being on Ashley Madison, despite being married to his wife of 22 years, Megan, with whom he shares three children.

An email directly connected to Osborn was used to sign up for the infamous affair website Ashley Madison, DailyMail.com has learned.

The dating website is well known for facilitating extramarital affairs. It was created in 2001 with the slogan life is short, have an affair with over 37 million unfaithful spouses taking the bait.

His email linked to his birth date and public address was among the thousands compromised in a now-infamous 2015 Ashley Madison hack, according to documents.

The couple tied the knot in 2002, Osborn indicated on a podcast earlier this year. 

DailyMail.com reached out to the Osborn campaign and his wife to comment on the claims his email was found on the site.

His campaign denies that Osborn ever used Ashley Madison. But the candidate had access to the email - a shared corporate account that multiple people used.

Osborn, a Catholic, is weathering other rumored scandals too. 

He had access to a Twitter account that was previously caught liking explicit gay porn and pictures of naked girls on X, screenshots obtained by DailyMail.com show.

The screenshots - too graphic to be posted in full - in addition to the Ashley Madison account could create rocky campaign conditions for the Independent as he has recently gained the edge over his opponent.

Just last week, a SurveyUSA poll found Osborn is ahead of GOP incumbent Sen. Deb Fischer by one point.

Fischer has held the office for over a decade and Osborn has proved to be one of her most competitive challengers yet.

But these new revelations may have an impact on the rising Independent stars campaign.

His campaign has not explained why Osborns email was found among those involved in the cheating site Ashley Madisons 2015 data breach.

The email, which according to online records is affiliated with Osborn, can be found by searching databases containing account information from that breach.

That account is found among the data hacked from Ashley Madison, the third-party site claims.

It should be noted that the email being in the database does not necessarily indicate that Osborn himself signed up, someone else could have on his behalf, but it was found in the cheating sites files.

Osborns campaign is also denying that he liked gay pornography on Twitter, now X, between 2020 and 2021. 

But they confirmed that Osborn had access to the account BCTGM 50G Union President along with multiple people.

The account in question was the account of the BCTGM 50G Union President. Multiple people had access to this account and had the ability to like Tweets. Dan did not like these tweets, said a spokesperson.

Screenshots of the former labor leaders X account show that he liked multiple posts using his clearly denoted and unmistakable username Dan Osborn President BCTGM 50G liked sexual content. 

The screenshots of his likes on X were taken in mid 2023. 

The numbers at the end of the online handle are the numbers for the union that Osborn used to lead.

According to Osborns campaign site: Dan rose to the presidency of his union, BCTGM 50G.

An email allegedly affiliated with Dan Osborn was found to be among those exposed in a hack of the cheating website Ashley Madison

The images that were reviewed by DailyMail.com reveal this account liked multiple sexual posts that range from February 2020 to June 2021. 

That included a tweet from February 19, 2020 containing a video of three men having sex, according to the screenshots.

The clip linked to the websites of several gay OnlyFans creators featured in the video.

It featured a video of two people having sex. 

Another post Osborn apparently liked was from the account Hotties Promo 100k on August 15, 2020. 

Another post liked from the same account shows a women completely exposed from the waist down

The image shows a woman naked from the waist down bending over from behind completely exposing herself before the camera. It includes a link to the womans OnlyFans account. 

A September 30, 2020 post from that same account, also liked by the account linked to Osborn, shows four pictures of a woman suggestively gazing on. 

This post also includes links to the womans personal content accounts. 

Republicans were quick to slam Osborn over the revelations.  

This reporting is shocking, Mike Berg, Communications Director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), told DailyMail.com. 

Dan Osborn is married with kids, so of course he doesnt want to admit that he made an online profile to cheat on his wife or that he spends his free time on social media liking hardcore gay porn. 

With that said, the evidence Osborn did make an Ashley Madison profile and was liking raunchy gay porn on the internet is pretty damning, Berg added. Im praying for Dan Osborns family.

Osborn recently flew to Los Angeles to hold a fundraiser and to visit his oldest daughter, 21-year-old Georgia Osborn, who works as a gothic exotic dancer in Hollywood.

The Independent candidate for senator from Nebraska has said his daughter is a professional dancer in Los Angeles, which he remarked is very exciting stuff. He used money from his Senate campaign to finance a stay at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, disclosures show

According to his financial disclosures, Osborn spent $290 at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel for a June 7 stay where he visited his daughter.

He held a fundraising reception in LA days before on June 5 where packages ranged from $1,000 to $100. 

The ritzy nearly 100-year-old four-star hotel where he stayed features a marble and chandelier-laden lobby. It is considered one of the most historic and famous lodges in the area.

Posts on Facebook from his gothic dancing daughter Georgia, who attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, show her and dad hanging together on that same date.

Images from the same account show her on stage donning revealing ensembles in front of heavy metal rockers and other artists. 

One selfie shows the younger Georgia Osborn alongside country music star Jelly Roll. 

During a podcast interview in May with Righteous Media the Independent revealed details about his daughter publicly, saying her name is Georgia she is now 21-years-old and shes a professional dancer in Hollywood.

Its a very exciting stuff, Osborn continued in the appearance. 

Osborn also has a son, Liam, who just graduated from high school and daughter, Eve, that just began her high school experience, according to posts on Megan Morrissey Osborns Facebook posts.
