Mr Martin and a fellow Bandido had been riding their Harley Davidsons when the bikes collided with a Mazda sedan on the Great Western Highway at Prospect, in Sydneys west, on September 10.
The high-ranking president couldnt be revived and died at the scene.
The other rider was left fighting for life while the driver of the Mazda had to be cut free from the vehicle and rushed to hospital.
Harrowing photos from the crash scene showed Bandidos markings on the front wheel of one of the mangled Harley Davidsons.
A regional Bandidos meeting will be held at the wake on Saturday, understood to be held at the home of Bandidos member Mitchell Sutton.
