EXCLUSIVE Pro-MAGA influencer Brett Cooper reveals Barron Trump's true power and what's drawing GenZ to his father

Podcaster Brett Cooper revealed Monday why President Donald Trumps son Barron has lasting influence with his father and would continue to be an ambassador to politics for his generation.

I think that Barron really had the right idea, and I think that he understood what our generation is interested in. And I think that he was able to sum it up for his father and drive the campaign in that regard, Cooper reflected in an interview with DailyMail.coms Welcome to MAGAland podcast on Monday.

Cooper, 23, said that the Trump campaign was smart to realize that younger Americans looked to social media, podcasters and TikTok and engage them on their level.

It worked, she said, because their outreach was genuine.

They werent trying to preach towards people. They were not speaking down to people. It wasnt like they were trying to be cool, like the things that they were doing, the edits that they were making to people that Trump was talking to are genuinely people that my generation is interested in, she said.

GenZ, Cooper said, was a huge, huge voter base, as proven during the 2024 presidential election and that future campaigns would have to imitate the Trump teams strategy.

We also are very ideologically passionate, regardless of what side of the aisle were on, both on the right and the left, and you have to capture us if you wanna win these elections, she said.

Cooper said that Trump made an impact with GenZ voters because he was honest about what he believed and was authentic.

You can despise Donald Trump, but you know exactly where he stands. You might disagree with him, but hes never lying to your face about the things that he believes, she said.

Cooper also admitted that younger generations tended to rebel against previous people in power.

Young people want to rebel. That is just normal young person, psychology, she said, I feel like a lot of them looked around and went, okay, we have been trying to like rage against the machine, but actually weve been supporting the machine.

Cooper said Republicans still had a lot to learn from Trump.

I wish more of them were on TikTok, and I know that might be controversial for a lot of Republicans that want TikTok banned. But again, that is where Gen Z is, she said. 

We wanna see you face to face. We want you looking in our eyes through the camera, telling us exactly whats going on and not bulls***ing us.

She described Ocasio-Cortez as a powerful and very captivating person on her Instagram live conversations with her followers. 

Shes a very genuine and authentic seeming person, Cooper said. She doesnt lie about her beliefs. I always say shes never lied and said that shes not a socialist. 

Cooper, 23, was a child actor in Hollywood who shifted her political views toward the right and was hired by the conservative media company Daily Wire to host the show The Comments Section in 2022. 

She separated from the company in December 2024 to form her own media platform.

Since starting her own show in January 2025, Cooper continued producing content for her nine million followers across social media platforms including 1.49 million subscribers on YouTube.

Cooper married Alex Tombul in April 20 and now lives on a farm outside of Nashville where she shares details of her farm and family life with her audience. 

She revealed new details of her career, family life and her lifes journey in a nearly four hour emotional interview with podcaster Shawn Ryan in March.

Cooper said she was nervous about striking out on her own, but was grateful that her followers joined her new platform that she started from scratch. 

I do it because I love sharing stories with people, I love hopefully making them think differently about the world, I love making people feel like they are not alone in whatever theyre going through, she said.

She expressed her desire to continue produce media company even though she had scaled back a ton as she prepares to grow her family. 

I do want to be a mom and thats the thing ive dreamt about for my entire childhood and life, she said. I hope as soon as possible.
