Following the incident Diaz, posted on TikTok to recount the incident, replying to commenter who asked if she was pursuing legal action: For sure suing.
Diaz confirmed to TMZ has retained a lawyer and is preparing the sue Disneyland within days.

Diaz said she bought tickets for herself and her daughters on Tuesday, accusing park staff of taking the tickets, along with her phone, after claiming the mother of three was trespassing.
Anaheim Police said Diaz entered the park with a valid ticket for herself, but when she was stopped to confirm the ages of her children, she refused and continued on.
