A California mother who was hauled out of Disneyland in handcuffs for allegedly trying to sneak her daughters inside has threatened to sue the theme park.

Jessenia Diaz, 26, of Torrance, was taken into custody on Tuesday and charged with suspicion of trespassing after officials at the Happiest place on Earth say she tried to bring her two daughters into the park without paying.

Following the incident Diaz, posted on TikTok to recount the incident, replying to commenter who asked if she was pursuing legal action: For sure suing.

Diaz confirmed to TMZ has retained a lawyer and is preparing the sue Disneyland within days.

Diaz said she bought tickets for herself and her daughters on Tuesday, accusing park staff of taking the tickets, along with her phone, after claiming the mother of three was trespassing

The parks policy runs on an honor system stating that proof of age is not required.

Diaz is accused of using the sneaky ruse four times over the last few months, FOX11 reported. 

When park staff approached the mother about the ages of her children, Diaz allegedly acted uncooperatively with Disneys security teams, which say they provided options so she and her children could stay.
