A teenager was allegedly stabbed during a home break-in with two 15-year-old boys charged over the incident.

A teenager was allegedly stabbed during a home break-in with two 15-year-old boys charged over the incident.

Eight people wearing face coverings are alleged to have broken into the home on Frazer Street at Marrickville, in Sydneys Inner West, at 5pm on Wednesday.

Emergency services were called to the scene and found a 16-year-old boy with several stab wounds.

He was rushed to hospital to receive further treatment.

Two 15-year-old boys were arrested nearby and taken to Newtown Police Station. 

The first boy was charged with affray, enter inclosed land not prescribed premises without lawful excuse, armed with intent commit indictable offence, custody of knife in public place and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.

The second boy was charged with affray, enter inclosed land not prescribed premises without lawful excuse and participate criminal group contribute criminal activity.

They were both granted conditional bail and will appear before a children’s court on Monday 12 May 2025.
