NSW Police arrested Christina Vale, 27, at her home in Green Valley, south-west Sydney, at 6.55am on Tuesday and allege she was the getaway driver in the brazen heist.
A reported 63,000 limited-edition $1 Bluey coins produced by the Royal Australian Mint were stolen from a warehouse Wetherill Park, 9km from Green Valley, on July 12.
Each coin has a design featuring the cartoon kelpie, Bluey, from ABCs popular childrens show of the same name.
Ms Vale was charged with three counts of aggravated break and enter to commit a serious indictable offence and disposing of stolen property worth under $5,000.
Police will allege that she was the driver in the alleged break and enter. She was refused bail and will appear before Liverpool Local Court later today.
She is the third person to be charged after a 47-year-old man was arrested in August and another man, 44, was arrested two weeks later.
The arrests came after police initially seized the allegedly stolen coins in the home of a legitimate coin collector.

NSW Police with Strike Force Bandit have been trying to recover the lost coins since a July robbery in a Sydney warehouse
Detectives will allege the 44-year-old man worked at a warehouse and that his position helped the alleged criminals to steal the coins.
He was arrested in Canley Heights.
Police officers in Strike Force Bandit handled the investigation and ensuing arrests but only 189 of the coins have been recovered thus far.
The strike force was named after Blueys on-screen father, Bandit.
Previously officers released CCTV footage of a third man in an attempt to find him and secure more of the missing coins.
He was seen outside a Revesby bank after the alleged robbery.
The man is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, of medium build, with a black beard.
They also want to speak to the driver of a white SUV seen outside the bank after the robbery, and the driver of a dark Ford Territory seen driving around the warehouse
