The high-profile couple will attend the Scar Tree Walk in Melbournes Fitzroy Gardens, where they will be given a tour of the protected cultural heritage site.
They will be greeted by Indigenous traditional owners at the Koorie Heritage Trust at the Birrarung Building at Federation Square.
From there, they will walk along the Yarra River and cross the William Barak Bridge.
The couples children, six-year-old Prince Archie and four-year-old Princess Lilibet, have not joined their parents on the privately funded visit - which will not include any walkabouts to meet the public.
