An Australian building inspector who shares brutal reviews of dodgy builders on social media has uncovered a shocking blunder in his latest video.
Zeher Khalil - who runs his business, Site Inspections, predominantly in the Melbourne area - has attracted death threats in the past from pointing out the mistakes and shortcuts taken by tradies in the residential housing sector.
He wears a bodycam to document the flaws in each property as he conducts his walkthroughs - with his newest video showing how an unnamed builder had mistakenly made the front entry doorway to a new house a very cramped 85cm.
Something does not look right here, guys, he said.
As I was walking to this job here, Im having a look. Im like, "why is it so tight around here?" and then I looked at the plans.
Guess what? It says should be a one metre and 30cm. Now when I measured this, its 859mm.
Not only that, but this brick column should be in line with that entry wall right there.
Its around 120mm out.

His latest video shows then entryway to a newly built property was extremely narrow
Mr Khalil then pointed out the same style house was being built nearby.
Theyre actually building the same home a couple of doors down... You can see the wall is in line.
And then when I measure the opening, its one metre and 38cms.
Commenters were shocked at how different the actual build was to the plans.
That entrance doorway is going to be a nightmare for moving in furniture, one said.
I would hate to try and move a couch in let alone a fridge, agreed another.
Million-dollar home, no doubt, a third said.
A fourth wondered if they are getting high school kids to build these homes in Tech Studies.
