Mica Millers heartbroken family have revealed the potentially damning evidence they handed to the FBI that could pin her death on her pastor husband.
Mica was just 30 when she shot herself dead in Lumber River State Park in Robeson County, South Carolina, in April. Her husband John-Paul, a well-known pastor in the state, is alleged to have driven her to suicide, but has not been criminally charged in relation to her death.
However, the FBI has been investigating her death, subpoenaing the attorney for Micas family, Regina Ward, for documents belonging or related to the tragic dead woman.
Ward told ABC15 she gave over journals Mica kept, along with electronic evidence, statements and notes, after the FBI subpoenaed her in June. She authenticated the evidence days after the legal request was made.
First of all, we were just happy that they showed up period you know because when they did, I could have just cried at that moment, Ward said.
When asked why Mica kept such extensive notes, Ward said: She felt it was going to be difficult for people to believe her side of the story because he was a pastor. She collected and preserved a lot of things.
The FBI raided John Pauls home last month. Multiple trucks were pictured outside Millers home as the raid began, with agents wearing uniforms that said Evidence Response Team.
They could be seen donning gloves an bringing bags from one of the trucks while preparing to enter the home.

Agents told WBTW they are conducting court authorized law enforcement activity at the lavish property, but refused to comment further.
Neighbors said theyd been told agents were there to execute a search warrant, with Miller not believed to be at home when law enforcement arrived.
He was also arrested for assault in an unrelated incident, after someone believed to be a protestor supporting Mica confronted him in a parking lot.
A witness captured footage of the incident, showing a woman chasing John-Paul in a parking lot and harassing him. The woman is believed to be a Justice for Mica protestor, alleging the pastor was involved in his wife Mica Millers death in April.
John-Paul was initially seen running away from the woman, Sandra Karon, as she screamed at him. He then turns back and confronts her, shouting back: What did you say? You walked right up to me.
Karon told WMBF that Miller squared up to her and tapped her on her hat with his phone, resulting in the assault charges.
Karon said her clash with Miller on Wednesday began when she and other locals went to Millers church, the Market Common Church, after hearing rumors it was being emptied of its contents.
Believing the emptying of the church to be related to the FBI raid, Karon said she then saw Miller at the church, leading her to chase after him and call him a number of expletives.
She pulled her car up to a gas pump, walked in the store, bought an energy drink and walked out before filling up her tank and driving away

Karon admitted that she could see why (people) would say it was antagonistic for her to approach John-Paul in the way that she did, but justified her actions and said he should not have touched her.
Explaining her side of the encounter, Karon said after John-Paul turned around and approached her, he stood right up in my face and said what are you gonna do?
He had his phone up in my face, and tapped my hat twice while he was saying it, she continued. That triggered me to immediately scream dont touch me.
I could see why they might say it was antagonistic, but to antagonize someone into doing something illegal, am I responsible for him doing that?
Following his arrest, John-Paul will be hauled before a judge on December 10.
In the weeks following Micas death, explosive divorce papers unearthed by DailyMail.com revealed John-Pauls first wife accused him of committing sex acts with children under 16 and having an addiction to prostitutes.
John-Paul Miller also started an affair with Mica, who at the time was the couples babysitter and the wife of his best friend Jeremy Deas, his ex, Alison said in an affidavit from 2017 referring to events two years earlier.

‘Our marriage and my husband’s career were less than stable at the time, because at the time my husband’s affair was discovered, he had previously admitted to both me and our congregation, that he had an addiction to prostitution,’ Alison wrote in the affidavit to support her bid for alimony.
He had also confessed to me and other staff members of the church that he had sexual encounters with young females from the church, who were under the age of sixteen.
When the defendants affair was discovered, the church leaders demanded that the defendant seek counseling for sexual addiction, Alison added.
When he refused, the majority of our church left the congregation.
