The View host Ana Navarro wants Joe Biden to pardon his son Hunters gun and tax evasion crimes before Donald Trump takes office.
The presidents second son was convicted of three felony gun charges in June and pleaded guilty to nine charges in a federal tax case in September.
Biden has repeatedly said he would not pardon his son or commute his sentences, which will be handed down on December 12 for the gun and December 16 for taxes.
Navarro argued he should change his mind and in his last days in office because Trump would pardon the January 6 insurrectionoists.

Hunter was convicted of three felony gun charges in June (pictured with his wife after the verdict) and pleaded guilty to nine charges in a federal tax case in September
Joe, since theyre talking smack about you anyway, maybe pardon Hunter, she said on Tuesday morning.
Pardon Hunter because basically America just pardoned a criminal who was convicted of felonies.
Navarro then gave a convoluted explanation of how Trump pardoned Charles Kushner - the father of Trumps son-in-law Jared Kushner.
America just elected a man who pardoned Jared Kushners father, who set up his brother-in-law with a hooker and then sent the pictures to the sister because they were in the midst of a fight over the parents money, she said.
One of the other View hosts said I need a flowchart, I cant follow this, to which Navarro replied, Well, whatever the flowchart is, its nasty.
Charles Kushner, 70, was sentenced in 2005 to two years in prison after pleading guilty to tax evasion and witness tampering.

Navarro was discussing the witness tampering charge, which stemmed from Kushner retaliating against William Schulder, his sister Esthers husband.
Schulder, his ex-employee, was cooperating with investigators on the other charges, so Kushner hired a prostitute to seduce him, secretly recorded the encounter, and months later sent it to Esther after deciding not to blackmail him.
Trump also pardoned the rapper Lil Wayne, and former advisors Stephen Bannon and Roger Stone among 144 sentences pardoned or commuted in his last 12 hours in the White House.
He (Trump) is probably gonna pardon some of the folks from January 6, those insurrectionists, so youj know what? Its your son, he probably wouldnt have been prosecuted if his last name wasnt Biden, Navarro continued.
Youve got two-and-a-half months, Im good with you pardoning Hunter.
Friends of the family have questioned if the president will keep his promise not to pardon given his worries about Hunters mental state and the fact that, since hes not running for a second term, there is essentially no political danger to him.
The court was shown evidence taken from Hunters laptop - including pictures of text messages where Hunter refers to himself as an ‘addict’ and his conversations with suspected drug dealers

Additionally, Trump promised to prosecute his political enemies and Hunter would be a top target. A blanket pardon from President Biden would protect his son from any action by Trump.
In the June gun purchase case, jurors found Hunter Biden guilty of lying to a federally licensed gun dealer, making a false claim on the application by saying he was not a drug user, and illegally having the gun for 11 days.
Hunter faces up to 25 years in prison although as a first-time offender he would not get anywhere near the maximum, and theres no guarantee the judge would send him to jail.
Hunter could face up to 17 years in prison for his tax crimes, which include tax evasion, filing fraudulent tax returns, and failing to pay taxes. The judge also could impose a hefty fine, perhaps as much as $1.3 million.
The judges in both cases were appointed by Trump.
Hunter is a first-time offender. He has been sober for years and paid his taxes and fines, although that money was provided by a wealthy friend.
