Sean Diddy Combs chief of staff could hold the secrets behind his alleged sex crime empire and ultimately become a key witness in the sprawling federal sex crimes investigation, a source claims.

Kristina Khorram - once referred to as the Ghislaine Maxwell to [Diddys] Jeffrey Epstein - has not been accused of any wrongdoing or charged with any crimes.

However, several high ranking supervisors are mentioned, but not named, in a criminal indictment against the rapper.

If anybody is gatekeeper, Kristina would know everything, a source told The New York Post. Kristina might be cooperative. At least if shes smart she will be.

Combs, 54, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution to which he has pleaded not guilty.

Khorram, who has been described as Diddys manipulator in chief, was an integral member of his team throughout the period his alleged crimes took place.

Combs once referred to Khorram as his right hand. A civil lawsuit filed against Combs by music producer Lil Rod likened her to the notorious madam Maxwell.

Sources previously told DailyMail.com that at least five executives close to Combs have been advised to explore their options, because they will not be protected by the shareholders if any allegations emerge.

Khorram joined Combs Bad Boy Entertainment in 2013 and became a manager at Combs Enterprises.

Her since-deleted Linked-in profile states she was appointed Combs chief of staff in 2020.

She’s been my right hand for the last 8 years and has consistently proven to execute and get s**t done. Don’t know how I’d function without her, Combs wrote in a Facebook post in 2021.

According to the indictment, the rapper relied on certain employees to carry out, facilitate and cover up his abuse and commercial sex [ring].

The document states these high ranking supervisors helped orchestrate freak offs, which were what Combs is said to have dubbed the alleged drug-fueled sexual performances.

Lil Rod claimed in his lawsuit that Khorram helped procure people for these sessions along with another of Combs employees, Steve J.

He further alleged that Khorram instructed staff to carry a pouch stuffed with drugs for Combs use.

He said the staffer, knowingly and intentionally participated in, perpetrated, assisted, supported, facilitated a sex-trafficking Venture and claimed she was instrumental in orchestrating the alleged operation.

Combs team rejected Lil Rods lawsuit as pure fiction and have asked for it to be dismissed.

Attorney Erica Wolff previously branded the filing as, a shameless attempt to create media hype and extract a quick settlement.

Mr. Jones was not threatened, groomed, assaulted, or trafficked. We look forward to proving – in a court of law – that all of Mr. Jones’s claims are made-up and must be dismissed, she said.

Combs was jailed on Tuesday and a judge denied his bail request despite the star offering $50 million.

The indictment against him alleges he coerced and abused women for years while using blackmail and shocking acts of violence to keep his victims in line.

It refers obliquely to an attack on his former girlfriend, the R&B singer Cassie, that was captured on video.

Mr. Combs is a fighter. He´s going to fight this to the end. He´s innocent, his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said after court. As a start, he said he would appeal the bail decision.

The Bad Boy Records founder is accused of striking, punching and dragging women, throwing objects and kicking them - and getting his personal assistants, security and household staff to help him hide it all.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson told a court Combs had,  physically and sexually abused victims for decades.

He used the vast resources of his company to facilitate his abuse and cover up his crimes. Simply put, he is a serial abuser and a serial obstructer, she said, adding he had extensive and exhaustive history of obstruction of justice, including alleged bribery and witness intimidation.

Agnifilo acknowledged Combs was not a perfect person, saying hed used drugs and had been in toxic relationships but was getting treatment and therapy.

The evidence in this case is extremely problematic, the attorney told the court.

He maintained that the case stemmed from one long-term, consensual relationship that faltered amid infidelity.

He didnt name the woman, but the details matched those of Combs´ decade-long involvement with Cassie, whose legal name is Casandra Ventura.

The Freak Offs, Agnifilo contended, were an expansion of that relationship, and not coercive.

Is it sex trafficking? Not if everybody wants to be there, Agnifilo said, arguing that authorities were intruding on his client´s private life.

Prosecutors, however, said in court papers that they had interviewed more than 50 victims and witnesses and expect the number to grow.

They said they would use financial, travel and billing records, electronic data and communications and videos of the Freak Offs to prove their case.

DailyMail.com has contacted Khorram for comment.
