The incident, which occurred around 10:15pm Monday, unfolded when the suspect, 34-year-old Precious Williams, accused the teen and her family of talking badly about her four kids, who are also seen in the footage. They range in age from 3 to 8.

The family is heard denying those statements, and Williams is seen lunging at the teen while shes still seated.

The teen, who was not named, responded by fighting back - pulling the moms hair as she looks to free herself.

The fight was eventually broken up by the victims family and Williams husband, but not before erupting into an all-out brawl. Cops showed up and cuffed the suspect, paving the way for a court appearance where she charged with abusing a child.

My son said one of them said something, Williams is heard shouting in the clip, as she stands over a booth where the victims family is eating. She later claimed the boy told her someone at the victim’s table called them a n****r.

One of the victims party, seemingly a mother, responds by telling Williams she has her kids with her.

Okay! I got four! the suspect shouts back, getting increasingly close as two men seemingly from her party attempt to hold her back.

Several of her kids are seen standing inches away as well, seconds before the barrage of blows breaks out.

As the two groups continue to hurl insults, Williams is seen suddenly attacking the teen.

The fight quickly escalates from there, with multiple men and women getting involved.

A parade of punches and hits ensues, with Williams seen taking a punch from what appears to be one of the victims family.

Several other men are seen fighting each other as well, with bottles being thrown and tables toppling over.

Cops were called and quickly arrive at the scene, leading to another filmed confrontation - this one between Williams and Miami Metro officers.

There, investigators are heard telling Williams that the girl she hit was a minor.

They proceed to handcuff her, while warning her to not make a scene when they walk her outside to a police car in front of her kids.

Williams agrees, going willingly with the officers.

I love my kids, she says before whisked off. Im never a fighter or anything.

A few days later in court, the mom continued to attest to her innocence, citing the slur she believed was launched at one of her children.

Matthew Goldkind, her attorney, cited the now viral vide, claiming it shows somebody putting their hands on [Williams] and then [her] striking back.

State attorneys responded by offering Williams a way out - a year of probation, mandatory anger management courses, a no-drink order, and an additional parenting course  in exchange for a guilty plea.

However, Williams denied it, and demanded a trial. A date has yet to be set.

Meanwhile, the footage appears to show that Williams was the one who started the altercation, but that remains to be seen.

Cops, moreover, noted how Williams did not check on her children after the fight - something they said raised concerns among wait staff.

Their investigation remains ongoing, and is now at the stage where authorities are reviewing evidence to determine if any more charges are warranted.

The incident happened at an IHop in North Miami, at 1101 NE 163rd St.

Williams is charged with child abuse causing no harm - a felony that could warrant five years in prison.

She is also facing four counts of child neglect without great bodily harm, and remains in custody.
