A Made In Chelsea star has been ordered to pay over £4,000 in compensation to her landlady after her Cavalier King Charles spaniel left deep pee stains on a £9,000 carpet.
Reality TV star Tabitha Willett, has been locked in a legal dispute with her landlady Charlotte Hill — the twin sister of her former friend Sam Pemberton.
Ms Willett was in the 15th series of the hit Channel 4 programme broadcast in 2018, which follows a group of young men and women born into affluent families.
Now a social media influencer, Ms Willett fills her Instagram feed with glamorous images of her well-heeled, cosmopolitan life, visiting designer boutiques and sampling expensive cosmetics.
But that elegant image suffered a damaging blow this week after a court found that she trashed a £1.8 million apartment she was renting in upmarket Kensington, west London.
In an eight-month stay, she left make-up stains and drawings on the walls, drilled holes for pictures and a television, left a £9,000 carpet stained with dog pee and damaged a hob.
Ms Willett counter-sued claiming that her right to quiet enjoyment of the property she stayed at with her five-year-old daughter and King Charles Spaniel, Ruby, was being violated by being constantly checked up on. However, the claim was dismissed.
The 32-year-old has now been ordered to pay £4,749 to her landlady for damage to the luxury apartment, which she rented from March to November 2022.

The hearing at Central London country court was told that rent on the two-bedroom flat in affluent Onslow Gardens was £3,500 a month.
The relationship between Ms Willett and Ms Pemberton broke down, The Times reported.
Ms Willett said that she was pestered by uninvited visits from Pemberton and that the sisters attempted to evict her for allegedly unpaid rent and damage to the property.
However, lawyers for Ms Hill told the court that damage included really deep pee stains from Ms Willetts spaniel Ruby, as well as drill-holes for shelves and a wall-mounted television.
Ms Willett left the flat last November but the dispute ended up in court this week.
Ms Hill, who is based in Monaco, won her claim against Ms Willett for damage to the property and non-payment of rent in a one-day hearing last week.

She told the Central London County Court: There had been a history of her not paying rent.
It is a nightmare scenario... The flat was completely wrecked and I found myself with a tenant who has not paid and dog urine stains through the carpet; not a pleasant situation to be in.
Judge Morayo Fagborun Bennett initially awarded Ms Hill around £13,500 for the damage to her carpet and the lost rental income.
But the judge backed Ms Willetts claim that Ms Hill had failed to meet her rental obligations regarding Ms Willetts deposit and therefore, the award was reduced.
The father of Ms Willetts daughter, Fraser Frank Carruthers, is a club owner and one-time friend of Prince Harry, but the couple are no longer together.
Ms Willett has been approached by MailOnline for comment.
