Photos have emerged showing the squalor Rosie ODonnells troubled daughter was living in as she was arrested for child neglect last month.
Authorities arrived to Chelsea Belle ODonnells Wisconsin home on September 10 after Chelsea, herself, called police over a domestic dispute with her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund.
There, the police found deplorable conditions, with her 11-month-old sons crib allegedly surrounded by hypodermic needles.
Pictures from the scene show the outside of the 27-year-olds Amberg home littered with garbage, including a refrigerator and other furniture items.
In one of the photos, a window screen could also be seen on the ground.

Police have said Chelsea initially tried to downplay the dispute between her and her boyfriend when authorities first arrived at the scene.
She simply said she argued with Nelund and her son, Atlas, was still inside the house.
I tried to ask her more questions and you could tell that Chelsea was not being honest whatsoever. This was a repeat of what happened a few weeks prior when I was at her house for a similar incident, police wrote in their report.
When officers investigated further, they found a meth pipe with residue inside.
Police arrested Chelsea and checked on Atlas, where a box of hypodermic needles was allegedly found in the childs room.
While in the patrol car, Chelsea admitted to having something in her bra, which police described as a vial-type container and clear plastic bag with some white pills.
In the black vial was a white crystal-like substance that I know to be meth, the report read. Police alleged Chelsea had 18 grams of meth on her.
Authorities were called to the scene of the home on September 10, when Chelsea reported that she got into an argument with her boyfriend, and their 11-month-old son, Atlas, was still inside the home
Both Chelsea and Jacobs pupils were dilated and did not respond to a flashlight being shone in their eyes, indicating to law enforcement they had likely been using recreational drugs, the report alleged.
His facial features were sunken in and he was missing some teeth. His muscle tone was very rigid and he seemed like he was flexing even though he was not, the police report alleged.
I asked him what other drugs he used today and he said that he only smokes marijuana. Based on my training and experience, I know that marijuana will not have this effect on your eyes.
I have previously observed this type of impairment on someone that had smoked meth.

Police went on to describe the disgusting conditions inside the house.
The inside of the home was disgusting [with] milk that stunk so bad it almost made me puke, dirty diapers, used female hygiene products, unclean underwear with feces and blood stains and used razor blades on the floor, one officer wrote in the police report.
The living conditions in the house were horrible, the cop wrote, detailing how he and another deputy found a used meth pipe in Chelseas and Jacobs first floor bedroom.
In Atlas room, meanwhile, some of the needles were used and had dried blood in them.
I know that drug users commonly use needs like this to shoot meth into their arms or "bang out, the officer wrote in his report.
A second officer described a similar scene, writing: The overall appearance of the house inside and out was unkempt and filthy.
Upon entering the residence, I smelled the strong odor of animal urine and feces, the cop wrote, according to Radar Online.
A third described how there was old rotting fruit, garbage, random tools, and butane bottles sitting on the floor, all mixed with the clothing belonging to [the child].
Officers also found a meth bong and meth pipe that a small child could have easily grabbed.
Under a baby crib, I located a black and silver digital scale, some used gem bags with white residue, and a sharps container that had more used and unused hypodermic needles, the report went on.
In a clothes pile, I found a straw that had been cut off and burnt.

The report also claimed Chelsea was sweating profusely and was very jittery while police were in her house.
It appeared Jacob and Chelsea were more concerned with their drug addiction than providing [the baby] with a safe and clean environment, police alleged.
During their search, police also found evidence suggesting drug trafficking may have been occurring inside the house and a meth cooking setup was in place.
Chelsea was then charged with four felony counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, possession of meth, and possession of THC.
She was released on bond, but just a few weeks later, Chelsea was arrested again after police found meth on her during a traffic stop on October 11.
Chelsea reached into the right front pants pocket as we were attempting to grab her and threw what we found later to be a meth pipe towards the Oconto River, Oconto County sheriffs deputies wrote in a criminal complaint obtained by Fox 11.
Chelsea attempted to throw it over the fence and into the river, but failed. The meth pipe hit the fence and bounced back on the sidewalk, breaking.
She also allegedly had pills including Oxycodone, Morphine Sulfate pills and Hydrocodone stuffed into her bra.
Police charged her with meth possession, bail jumping, and possession of narcotics - all felonies.
Police records show Chelsea remains in jail, despite a judge setting her bond at $5,000 on October 14, according to OK Magazine.
She reportedly has not been able to come up with the money to be released.
Chelsea is now due back in court next month to address both cases.
Rosie ODonnell, 62, has been outspoken about her daughters struggles with drug addiction. The pair are pictured here in 2016
She and her ex-wife Kelli Carpenter adopted Chelsea when she was a baby, but she moved out of the family home in 2016 when she was 18, and went to Wisconsin to be close to her biological mother.
Chelsea is mentally ill, Rosie told the Daily Mail in 2017. [She] has been in and out of hospitals most of her life. Born addicted to heroin. She has had a tough road. She is very sick. She is not capable of truth or reason.
Following her more recent arrest, ODonnell took to Instagram to share her thoughts.
Chelsea is in the news today, she wrote.
Sadly, this is not new for our family. Chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for a decade - we are all hopeful she will find her way out of this deadly disease.
The 27-year-old has four children: daughter Skylar Rose, five, Riley, three, Avery Lynn, two and Atlas who just turned one.
