A dead body stuffed inside a Florida hotel room closet wasnt discovered by the cleaning staff or authorities until after other unsuspecting guests had finished their stay in the same room.
Nadyne Marie Tillman, 43, was reported missing by her family on Monday and was soon found dead inside 33-year-old Dylan Lambs room at the Amoray Dive Resort in Key Largo, her injuries consistent with a brutal beating, according to the Monroe County Sheriffs Office.
She was tragically found wedged into a crawl space within the rooms air-conditioning closet - a room recently occupied by two new guests who remained unaware of the discarded body during their stay, the Miami Herald reported.
They stayed the night and checked out Monday, none the wiser about the body, a law enforcement source familiar with the case told the outlet.
Lamb, a local kayak tour guide, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with Tillmans murder.
The sickening discovery came after concerned family members reported Tillman missing on Monday, noting they hadnt heard from her since Saturday morning - a behavior they described to authorities as unusual, Newsweek reported.
Authorities responded to the resort, where they found the body of the 43-year-old mother hidden inside the room Lamb had stayed in, specifically stuffed and concealed in the air conditioning closet.
After investigating the scene, police believe Tillman was beaten to death based on the nature of her injuries.

Authorities learned that Lamb, who was staying at the resort by himself, had met Tillman there sometime over the weekend, the Herald reported.
Lamb, who checked in on Friday, initially refused to leave his hotel room when staff had requested he move to another, as they wanted to make room for newer guests.
When Lamb checked out on Sunday, cleaning staff found bloodied and soiled sheets along with towels placed into yard waste bags, according to the Herald, citing the law enforcement source. The body, however, went undiscovered by the cleaning staff.
Hotel staff never notified police about the suspicious items found in Lambs room and instead threw the bags in the trash, all before proceeding to check new guests into the room.
Ka Thigpen, who was getting married on Friday in town, said that her mother was staying in the hotel room right next to Lambs, NBC Miami reported.
She and her mother physically saw Lamb during their weekend stay. Tragically, they also saw Tillmans daughter looking for her mother, as she tracked her phone to the location of Lambs room.
Her poor daughter came around looking and knocking on everyones door and from my understanding, tracked her mom to this location and found her car, and had been missing for a couple days and no contact with her, Thigpen told the outlet.
They only took a step in and then left and then they came back with the crime scene unit, she added, noting how she and her mother were present when Tillmans body was discovered.

He was in and out and you never know just by looking at someone. You never know who youre meeting up with and thats the really scary part.
Lamb was ultimately found on Tuesday, where he works at a local outdoor outfitters and kayak shop, and taken into custody, according to the Herald.
He was booked on charges of homicide, kidnapping-false imprisonment, evidence destroying and procure for prostitute, Fox News reported. He remained behind bars in MCSOs Key West jail facility as of Wednesday.
Monroe County Sheriff Rick Ramsay released a statement, which said: I want to thank the men and women of the Sheriffs Office for working around the clock to make an arrest in this case.
While the investigation remains ongoing, there does not appear to be any other individuals involved in this incident.
Lamb is being held without bond and is scheduled to be arraigned on May 13. It remains unclear the motive behind the brutal murder.
Its just scary, its too close to home, Thigpen told NBC.
