The former talk show host, 70, showcased her leaner figure in a form-fitting khaki jumpsuit.
Sporting a pair of oversized glasses and tan flats, Oprah – who once weighed as much as 237lb – cut an elegant figure as she arrived at Godmothers bookstore in Summerland.
The billionaire businesswoman was at the event to interview Johann Hari, author of Magic Pill: The Extraordinary Benefits and Disturbing Risks of the New Weight-Loss Drugs.
Her interest in the topic is no surprise, given her own dieting struggles and her admission last December that she used a weight-loss drug to achieve her newly fit and trim figure. She did not identify which drug she took.

Saturdays ticketed talk sold out almost as soon as it went live on the book stores website.
The doors of the store closed at 2pm in anticipation of the event, which wasnt set to start for a full three hours. Regular customers who were unaware of the session were promptly turned away at the door.

A professional catering company served up wine and and hors dœuvres during the two hour event.
Oprah left around 7 pm, but not before chatting up and hugging many of the attendees.

Upon entering, customers are greeted by two walls of inspirational Godmothers who lit our way – including Oprah.
Other female Godmothers include pilot Amelia Earhart, scientist Marie Curie, civil rights activist Rosa Parks, poet Maya Angelou, and astronaut Sally Ride.
