Multiple sources confirmed to DailyMail.com that Garcia, 28 – a Democrat campaigner and House of Cards aficionado – was the previously unidentified former flame who gave secret evidence in the investigation into the Trump loyalist.
Liberal outlets predicted that her bombshell 2022 testimony would land Gaetz behind bars for paying an underage girl for sex and obstructing justice.
But the Justice Department shuttered its three-year probe last year without indicting the GOP firebrand, who denied any wrongdoing and branded it a witch hunt.
Garcia confirmed to DailyMail.com this week that she was previously in a relationship with Gaetz, 42 – but would not reveal what she revealed about him on the stand.
