EXCLUSIVEInside the tequila-fuelled party before Yung Fillys alleged rape attack - as the UK rapper now faces being stuck in Australia for YEARS

Exclusive new details of a young Perth womans boozy night out at an after-show party before she was allegedly violently raped by British rapper Yung Filly can now be revealed.

Exclusive new details of a young Perth womans boozy night out at an after-show party before she was allegedly violently raped by British rapper Yung Filly can now be revealed.

The 20-year-old university student attended the VIP party at Bar1 Nightclub on the quay at Sorrento Beach in northern Perth, Western Australia, according to court documents seen by Daily Mail Australia

They reveal the young woman was with a friend who had 12 drinks, including shots of tequila and that [the alleged victim] was more intoxicated than she was.

Following the party, the young woman is believed to have accompanied Yung Filly to a hotel room where the alleged assaults took place.

Detectives allege he assaulted a woman in her 20s in a hotel room in the early hours of the next day.

Perth Magistrates Court documents reveal that the young woman rang her friend immediately afterwards, at 5.31am.

Yung Filly, whose real name is Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, has been charged with four counts of rape, three counts of assault causing bodily harm and one count of impeding the woman’s normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure to her neck.

It now has also been revealed that the British musician will have to spend two years in Western Australia waiting for a trial by jury on eight charges in the WA District Court, which should effectively put his music career on hold.

The Yung Filly event was much anticipated at Bar1, one of Perths most popular nightclubs, after which the UK rapper was accused of sexually assaulting a young woman

He realises he is here until his trial. He gets that, said Yung Fillys lawyer, Perth  barrister Seamus Rafferty SC, who has represented people in high profile cases, including WA football stars.

The court heard that the young woman can be  seen in CCTV with Yung Filly, possibly at Bar1 Nightclub, and then was later seen leaving another place, probably the hotel where the alleged offences took place.

WA Police Prosecutor Julius Depetro said that what happened with that room will be the issue.

He said prosecutors had photographs which say no ordinary person could consent in those circumstances.

Those photos are indicative of a number of protracted – what we say it’s effectively stitched across – well, across her body is a history of what we say is violent acts.

We say those photos and what is alleged in the allegation is effectively beyond the pale. Beyond the norm of what could be considered or entertained to be a consensual act.

Now, in respect to this accused – this is no ordinary accused. And we say this because this accused has significant influence; significant reach.

There’s a significant power imbalance between the complainant and this accused. (He) is effectively ... an influencer type, with significant access to sums of money.

This is no ordinary person. The extent of his influence is so vast - a YouTube account of 1.83 million subscribers, 3.2 million followers on TikTok – some 3.2 million followers on Instagram.

Mr Depetro said that apart from the young womans friend, there was another witness actively being sought by police.

There was another party that was part of the allegation who was in company with this accused and  and there would further witnesses from different parts of the night.

Mr Rafferty told the court that while he was not saying police had a weak case against his client, that when the alleged victim rang her friend immediately after these things are said to have occurred, no complaint of a sexual nature during the course of that telephone conversation was made.

None. Something was referred to later in the day. He also said issues of intoxication would be significant at Yung Fillys trial.

In the young womans statement, she says, "during the night I had a few drinks and I was still aware of my surroundings", Mr Rafferty said.

He then referred to the statement of the womans friend, who had consumed 12 drinks including tequila, but reckoned the young woman was drunker than her.

Daily Mail Australia has obtained video of Yung Filly dancing in the VIP section of Bar1, as female admirers watch on, on the evening before he was accused of raping a young woman.

The 29-year-old - who was a star contestant on UK TVs The Great Celebrity Bake-Off - can be seen singing and dancing for the camera, watched by dozens of onlookers.

Magistrate Tanya Watt granted the rapper bail on strict conditions, with daily reporting to a police station, for the moment.

He has secured a residence in Perth for at least six months and Mr Rafferty said Yung Filly, who is barred from attending nightclubs or hotels, will need to lead a fairly quiet existence for a while.

As part of his bail conditions, Barrientos had to surrender his passport and post a $100,000 bond, guaranteed by another $100,000 surety from a third party who is a WA resident.

Following his release, he has been photographed several times reporting for bail, and dodging reporters questions as he barrelled into Northbridge police station in central Perth.

Barrientos, who rose to fame on YouTube before picking up a series of presenting jobs with the BBC, has been dropped by a number of brands in light of the charges including the FA, Footasylum and German Doner Kebab.

He had travelled to Australia at the end of last month to perform at a series of concerts, having just released a new single entitled Tempted, and had performed at the Bar1 Nightclub in Perth on September 27.

The event had been promoted as a seamless blend of spontaneity, humour and music that’ll have you talking for weeks.

Barrientos army of followers YouTube, Instagram and TikTok have previous earned him lucrative advertising revenue and enough deals to make a substantial living, before he was dropped by some in the wake of the allegations.

Among his deals were regular appearances on shoe store Footasylums YouTube channel, Instagram posts showing him draped in Asos clothing, a run of videos for JD Sports and, recently, a collaboration with Heinz and German Doner Kebab.

Footasylum said on Thursday: In light of these extremely serious charges, we are suspending our contract with Yung Filly with immediate effect.

We are unable to comment further until the legal process has been concluded.

Heinz and GDK removed references to Barrientos from their social media after he was charged in Australia, but have not responded to repeated requests for comment from MailOnline.

Perplex Clothing, a German fashion label, has pulled its Filly Tee t-shirt and any mention of him from their website and social media. The firm did not respond to repeated requests for comment from MailOnline.

It comes after the Football Association pulled a cookery series advert featuring Barrientos that was to promote healthy eating to children aged 12-16.

He was chosen to appear in its videos alongside other England stars as part of a tie-in with team sponsor M&S - but the FA pulled the advert after news of his arrest broke.

The YouTube personality was also set to host a live version of a podcast he hosts with fellow YouTube star Chunkz, real name Amin Mohamed, at the Troxy live venue in London next week.

Inevitably, this has been cancelled - as have other Yung Filly Presents events in the UK.

Upload Productions, which produces the Chunkz and Filly Show podcast, told the BBC: We are aware of the serious allegations that have been made against Yung Filly and the legal proceedings that are now under way in Western Australia.

In the commercial areas of business where we have responsibility, we have paused working with our client.

The Chunkz and Filly Show made further headlines after an unearthed clip showed Chunkz saying he wouldnt let him marry into his family - because hes heard too many stories.

The YouTuber, 28 - whose real name is Amin Mohamed - replies to the demand of what stories? with: It bends to the left... listen thats very scary in my head.

In a lewd response, Barrientos replied that it was no business of his what he did when he was clarting - or having sex - with a relative of Chunkzs.

Another of Yung Fillys collaborators, Angry Ginge, has also broken his silence on the future of their gaming team following the YouTubers arrest.

The pair created Girth N Turf FC in March, a virtual football team on the EA Sports FC 24 videogame.

They broadcast their games on live-streaming service Twitch and their club boasts a line-up of some of the biggest names in both the influencer and sporting world - including Wayne Rooney and Luke Littler.

In a Twitch streaming on Thursday, Burtwistle addressed Barrientos arrest, branding the news mental.

He shared: Where to start? 4 oclock in the morning, Im laying in bed, right? I see whats going on on Twitter. First of all... Im the exact same as you. Im shocked! Yeah, you know, mental. Mental!

Honestly, I cant comment on legal proceedings. I dont know anything more. I know the exact same as you. I know whats been put out in the news. I dont know anything more. Please dont think I do.

It is what it is. We have to just wait for the final verdict. You will all make your own opinions and whatever and thats fine.

Yung Filly is among the legions of content creators who have made a name for themselves by amassing huge followings online and made money from video ad revenue and brand collaborations.

Born in Colombia, he moved to the UK at the age of two with his single mother and two siblings.

After leaving school with four GCSEs and trying his hand at working as a broker, he began posting comedy skits online himself and with collaborators - leading to TV presenting jobs and the start of a music career.

He is due back in court in Perth in December. Barrientos representatives have not responded to multiple requests for comment.
