An auction of late Senator Dianne Feinsteins jewelry, artwork, furniture and other rare items is expected to bring in over $1million next month.
From diamonds and pearls, to a Bible and firemans coat, the assets of one of the wealthiest California senators will be bid on at an October auction in Los Angeles.
The senator died in 2023 at the age of 90, leaving more than $160million in assets to be shared by her daughter and step-daughters. Her net worth was nearly $88million, according to Newsweek.
The 281 items in the collection vary drastically in price and category - but the eclectic assortment offers a peak inside of her lavish life.
A wooden plaque that sat on her desks starting price is $200 - while a 4.14-carat diamond ring is expected to sell for at least $65,000.

These auctions come after extensive bouts of a legal battle led by Feinsteins only blood-related daughter and power of attorney, Katherine.
Feinstein served on Californias senate for 31 years. She died at 90 years old from rapidly declining health.
Known as one of the richest members of congress, most of her wealth comes from her family and marrying billionaire Blum.
Blum died a year before his wife and she was to collect $1million each year through his trust.
But handling Feinsteins abundant wealth resulted in a relationship-straining legal battle.
While Feinstein was alive, Katherine sued the trustees managing Blums estate and alleged financial elder abuse, according to Forbes.
Katherine accused the trustees of putting money that was supposed to go to her mother into trust funds for his three daughters Annette Blum, Heidi Blum Riley and Eileen Blum Bourgarde.
