Panelists on CNN Monday night lost it over former Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlsons take on former President Donald Trump describing the late golfer Arnold Palmers manhood at a Pennsylvania rally.

Trump turned heads at his Saturday rally in Palmers hometown of Latrobe, by suggesting that the golfer was well endowed.

Carlson said Monday night on The Source with Kaitlin Collins that she believed this locker room talk was intentional to harden the ex-presidents support with male voters.

OK, look, I know a lot of people have said that this is Trump deranged, he goes off the rail, he says all this crap that nobody believes, all this other stuff, Carlson said. I think this was on purpose.

This is his full-throttle attempt to get at men and their manhood, and no offense to guys on this panel, but what man does not like people talking about their manhood? she asked.

A chorus of woahs came from the trio of men on the panel - former Obama White House official Van Jones, former Trump adviser David Urban and CNNs Harry Enten.

Well, Ive known a few men in my day and Im going to stand by that statement, Carlson continued.

He is hoping that they are listening to that and saying, "wow, hes talking about me and I like Donald. And Im going to go out and vote for him," Carlson argued.

All three men piped up - and talked over each other - in response.

I will defer to you on womens issues, Urban said.

You dont know what youre talking about, Jones interjected, talking over Urban.

Collins laughed and hid her face with a notepad.

Enten looked down and said, no way.

I dont know why you guys are so flustered, Carlson said.

Collins then asked if the panel could talk about Mark Robinson.

The panelists gleefully agreed to change gears - despite Robinsons own tawdry troubles, including a revelation, reported by CNN, that the GOP North Carolina gubernatorial hopeful was allegedly active on an adult messaging board called Nude Africa.

Trumps manhood comments have created several awkward TV moments, with reporters unsure how to describe what the Republican nominee floated at the Latrobe rally.

CNNs Steve Contorno tried to describe what he had just seen, saying that Trump talked about what the golfer looked like in the shower.

The next day, CNNs Jake Tapper thrice asked House Speaker Mike Johnson why Trump was talking about Arnold Palmers penis to court Pennsylvania voters.

A blushing Johnson said to Tapper: Ill address it. Let me answer it. OK. Dont say it again. We dont have to say it. I get it.

Palmer died in 2016 before Trump was elected to the White House.

His daughter Peg Palmer Wears told ABC News on Monday that hackneyed anecdotes from the locker room … seemed disrespectful and inappropriate to me.

Wears added that people coming to these rallies ... deserve substance about plans [he] has as a candidate.

She added that Trump should address some of the threats hes made to people.

Trumps opponent, Democratic nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris, has continually pointed to the ex-presidents comments about there being an enemy from within, suggesting hed go after political nemeses and critics if hes successful in the November 5 presidential election.
