Pop star Charli XCX called out Martha Stewarts clash with a New York Post reporter during her Saturday Night Live monologue.
The 32-year-old queen of brat summer has not let the term die in the autumn, laying into Stewart for gloating about the death of the journalist who covered her 2004 trial.
Charli XCX also dubbed the reporter, Andrea Peyser - who is, in fact, alive - brat for her bold response to the controversial cooking show hosts remarks.
She said while hosting Saturday nights show: I have to say, brat summer has been a crazy experience. So many people have asked me, What is brat? And honestly, its just, like, an attitude. Its a vibe.
For example, the new Martha Stewart documentary. When Martha gets mad about an old magazine article and she says that shes glad the journalist who wrote it is dead - that is brat, she admitted, before handing the journalist the last laugh.
And then last Friday, when that exact journalist responded and said "Hey! Im alive b**ch!" that is extremely brat.
A Netflix documentary about the 83-year-old homemaker and business woman aired on October 30, delving into her upbringing, marriage and the time she spent in prison.
Stewart reflected on the negative media attention she endured at the time of her 2004 trial for securities fraud and obstruction of justice.

She said: New York Post lady was there just looking so smug. She had written horrible things during the entire trial.
She’s dead now, thank goodness, and nobody has to put up with that crap she was writing all the time.
But on November 7, Peyser took the opportunity to share her side of the story and come forward as the horrible and dead reporter.
She wrote: Im alive b**ch! Even if the Domestic Dominatrix thinks shes finished me off.
It’s been 20 years since Martha Stewart traded her Manolo stilettos for ballet flats, her 1,000-thread-count Egyptian cotton bedsheets for a lumpy, polyester blend-covered bunk bed — the bottom half, she moaned — as she became the most fabulous and furious inmate ever to grace Club Fed.
Two decades later, shes still fantasizing about (plotting?) my grisly demise.
Peyser went on to grill the cookbook authors finances, claiming she went from being a billionaire to a mere millionaire.
She’s rich. She’s beautiful, creative and temperamental. I pity her, Peyser ended off her article.
Journalist Andrea Peyser addressed Martha in an article and declared, I’m alive, b**ch!
