Gardai said they have serious concerns that there is an immediate and serious risk to the health or welfare of Daisy Hall.

The car, a silver Nissan Qashqai hatchback with the registration number 10-D-21328, was last seen in Mountjoy Square in Dublins city centre at around 1.50pm on Monday.

Daisy was wearing a pink cardigan with a ladybugs design, a pink headband with a white daisy flower, blue denim leggings and pink ugg boots.

The car has a baby onboard sticker on the back and a dog cage in the boot which may be visible, gardai said.
