A father who livestreamed himself attacking a government employee told the worker he was a dead man after a tense meeting.
DeAndre Terrell Johnson, 32, had been livestreaming on Facebook as he grappled with the case worker inside a Department of Child Safety office in Mesa, Arizona.
Johnson had met with the unknown worker inside the lobby of the building in November where they talked for an hour, their entire conversation being streamed.
The employee was heard asking him personal questions about his mental state, education, his daughter and background.
They then discussed serious allegations made against Johnson which were at the center of the case against him, according to 12news.
As the meeting ended, Johnson asked the employee to dap him up and as he leaned in Johnson grabbed him and quickly put him into a chokehold.
He is seen squeezing his forearm against the mans neck, telling him: Youre a dead man.
Johnson, still tightly gripping the mans airways, grabs the camera multiple times throughout the attack so he is constantly within frame.

Two minutes in, the employee goes limp as witnesses in the background start yelling for Johnson to let him go. Johnson shouts: Hes still breathing. I didnt make my f****** point.
Johnson eventually releases his grip on the man, sending him crashing to the ground.
A witness can be heard saying: Please dont do it man, you made your point, as Johnson stands over the employee who is motionless on the floor.
Johnsons grievance with the worker seems to have stemmed from the visit with his daughter, alleging the two had a talk one-on-one.
He repeatedly tells the worker that: As soon as you took my daughter into that room and you couldnt tell me or show me no motherf****** video, with the door closed with a man, and they cant tell me what happened.
Now my daughter dont want to come back to school. We got issues. You going to get to know me today.
Responders on the scene found the employee in an altered state of consciousness and he was rushed to hospital, while Johnson fled.
12news reported that he was found at his home address before he then ran from officers, leading them on a pursuit.

He was later booked on attempted first-degree murder, two counts of aggravated assault and unlawful.
In a police interview, the employee told officers Johnson had threatened him the week before the incident but he was able to calm him down.
Doctors had described his injuries as absolutely serious and told police that he almost died.
The State of Arizona is now also facing a potential $100,000 lawsuit over the attack, with a witness filing a legal motion claiming damages.
The plaintiff is claiming she suffered damages including injury and anxiety after watching it unfold.
AZFamily report that the woman was in the lobby and that Johnson had intimated her.
Her attorney Alison Briggs said: She’s terrified to go back to work. She was one of the people that witnessed it, one of the people that alerted the police to it.
I think for my client it’s a lot of anxiety and fear and the trauma response of just seeing something like that.
If the state does not respond to the motion, Briggs told the outlet that they would plan to file a lawsuit.
A DCS spokesperson at the time said: This disturbing event occurred in the public lobby of the building, and although no weapon was used, the attack was severe enough that our specialist had to be taken by ambulance for medical treatment.
We are relieved that the specialist has been discharged from the hospital and is now at home recovering with family.
