The budget home store has the Yuletide decorations in the clearance bin with Christmas Day ten weeks away.

With Halloween still around the corner, the shop has reduced festive items to as little as £4.

A box of 50 LED lights will set you back £4 while packs of 100 are just £6 now. Bigger sets of 200 LED are £10 from £12. 

A light up musical train also has the same reduction and a light up musical polar bear scene is £8 from £10.

Christmas clothes are also on offer and a festive toilet seat cover has been reduced from £6.50 to £5.50 

One shopper, Libby said: I think its ridiculous how early the products have been discounted.

Ive not even started my Christmas shopping.

The store in question is located in the Arndale Shopping Centre in Manchester city centre with customers spotting shelves of products adorned with white and orange reduced stickers.

B&M has been approached for comment.

Elsewhere, Sainsburys stocked its festive items when there were more than 100 days to go until Christmas Day. 

When stock was seen hitting shelves in the first week of September, disgruntled shoppers were up in arms.

The supermarket giant started selling mince pies to customers in its Salford branch, three months before December 25.

While some might prefer to get a head start on preparation for the festive period, some of customers left unimpressed.

One shopper, called Bianca, said: I am boycotting these until 1 December, when they should actually only be on sale for the first time.

The furious customer went on to question: Good heavens, what has this world come to?

And they arent the only store to welcome Christmas produce into its aisles, with The Range, Home Bargains, Marks and Spencer, and Harrods also launching festive ranges.

While most of us were still sweltering in the height of a balmy UK summer, Harrods geared up for the festive season with the opening of their Christmas grotto.

The luxury retailers started the snowy season four months early after kitting their Knightsbridge store out with a full floor of Christmas decorations.

The high end shop in west London has dozens of trees on offer already with the cheaper conifers going for £1429 un-decorated.

The dearest trees will sell for a whopping £3000 for a fully decorated living room staple.

For those on a tighter budget, a white trophy deer for the hallway will set them back a comparably cheaper, £1800.

According to Secret London, the retailers open their Christmas store early to ensure there is ample opportunity for fleeting tourists to browse the full selection of festivities.

For those looking to prepare for Christmas Day lunch, Wiitrose unveiled its festive food range for 2024 last month saying searches for Christmas products were already up 290 per cent from August and Brits are clearly already in the seasonal mindset. 

And John Lewis are looking further ahead into the future and has even started advertising Valentines Day products online, with four months to go.

One shopper said: Can we first appreciate pumpkin spice season and Halloween?
