A glamorous Calabasas divorcee has been arrested in connection with the murder of her ex-husband after he had a baby with his new younger wife.

Ahang Mirshojae, 53, was nabbed Thursday over the August shooting of her ex Dr Hamid Mirshojae, 61, outside the Woodland Hills Medical Clinic in Topanga as he walked to his car.

She was one of five suspects on Thursday in connection with the death.

No motive has been given, but after the Mirshojaes marriage ended, the doctor took up with a far younger woman and had her baby.

While his new marriage appeared to be a happy one, DailyMail.com had previously revealed that the fallout from his first to Ahang was a series of legal fights.

The father-of-four was shot dead from point-blank range in broad daylight during the summer. His wife and their nine-month-old baby were in Turkey at the time of the murder.

Police were spotted searching Ahang Mirshojaes luxurious Calabasas mansion nestled within a gated community in the hours leading up to her arrest.

The killing of Dr Mirshojae came a few months after he was jumped by a group of men armed with baseball bats, who attacked him and left him fearing for his life.

The LAPD made four other arrests this week in connection with the killing of the Doctor, with investigators believing they conspired to kill him.

Sarallah Jawed, 26, Shawn Randolph, 46, Evan Hardman, 41, and Rose Sweeting, 40, were all arrested.

Dr Mirshojae accused his ex of pursuing a vendetta against him and making threats to kill him.

The legal fight, which began in 2009 when the couple divorced, expanded to include two fraud cases, a civil harassment battle, four applications for restraining orders and the repeated reopening of their divorce case – most recently in January.

Both Mirshojae and her doctor ex have at different times obtained restraining orders against each other.

The doctor complained in a 2017 application that one order awarded to his former wife had forced him to leave the $6 million six-bedroom Calabasas home where she still lives.

In May, Mirshojae sued his ex-wife for fraud – claiming she had transferred her assets to her mother and other family members in a bid to hide them from him and prevent him getting his hands on settlement cash he had been awarded in previous trials.

The pair were due to face off again in August in a hearing about the fraud case over her alleged failure to pay the $270,000 settlement he was awarded from a 2021 case.

Shortly after the pair decided to divorce in 2009, Dr Mirshojae applied for a restraining order against his wife and tried to keep her away from their $6 million marital home.

In the petition, in which Dr Mirshojae said the split was due to physical violence, he accused Ahang of punching him repeatedly.

Eight years later, the dad-of-four returned to court looking for another restraining order – again due to Ahangs behavior.

According to Dr Mirshojae, an angry Ahang showed up to his clinic in December 2016 where, he claimed, she proceeded to physically assault him.

Her former fiancé Allen Yadegar was also there for the altercation and, according to the papers, claimed to have a weapon and said he was going to kill Mirshojae.

Dr Mirshojae got married for the second time in 2022 and has three adult children from his previous marriage.

The bio for Dr Mirshojae on his Detox Woodland Hills website explained he graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific.

He was board eligible in addiction medicine with more than 10 years of experience helping thousands of patients achieve their goal of having a sober life.

His patients include celebrities, movie stars, athletes and many people of different walks of life, it read.
